Madison and Dane County, we have our own John Chisholm!
Tavion Flowers. Where have we heard that name before? Got it! He’s one of Madison’s frequent fliers.
Turns out Mr. Flowers was one of the four armed teenagers — two as young as age 15 — who crashed a stolen car on Mineral Point Road Tuesday 02-01-22 during school hours. Seeing the fleeing boys in her back yard, a homeowner invited them in for snacks! (Democrats!) One of the lads was found to possess multiple sets of car keys. Madison police say the 16-year old had been adjudicated before. Police identified the oldest of the quartet as our Tavion Flowers. (“Getting to know you, getting to know all about you.”)
Tavion Flowers as he presents himself on social media
Four months ago (10-07-21) Tavion, then age 17, rammed a police squad car in the 1100 block of Gammon Lane as he attempted to escape police looking into the SUV he and another juvenile had stolen.
A month later (11-19-21), he’s walking the hallways of Verona high school with a concealed loaded gun. A school security officer nabbed him. (Attention: Madison public schools!) He was charged with one count of possessing a firearm on school grounds, carrying a concealed weapon and felony bail jumping.
So, how is it he is still recklessly driving the streets of Madison?
Two days later, a Dane County judge lets Tavion J. Flowers loose on a signature bond and prohibits him from possessing any weapons. Except … except … except … “At the time of his arrest, Flowers was already on a signature bond for a felony theft charge issued in October, which also barred him from possessing any weapons.”
A Madison woman is dead because of Woke justice
Nor was it the maiden voyage for the hit-and-run driver who killed a Madison woman on the East side Saturday 01-29-22. The WI State Journal reports
Marcus M. Longino was arrested for two bank robberies in 2020. In a plea agreement, Longino was sentenced to 18 months in prison, but the sentenced was stayed with two years of probation with drug court participation. Longino also had a warrant out for his arrest stemming from a theft charge in Sauk County last year in which he failed to show up for a court appearance.
Stand aside John Chisholm, enabler of the Waukesha Christmas parade murderer! Dane County has its own Woke non-prosecutor: Ismael Ozanne, another Democrat in the mold of Philadelphia’s Larry Krasner, Chicago’s Kim Fox, Manhattan’s Alvin Bragg, George Gascón in Los Angeles, and San Francisco’s radical diaper baby, Chesa Boudin.
Gordie, our Werkes bird dog, asks “No prison for two bank robberies? In a smarter parallel universe, such prosecutorial and judicial malfeasance would be reported upon and opposition candidates would appear so these clowns don’t have lifelong tenure by virtue of running for re-election unopposed.”
MSNBC contributor (!) and former conservative Charlie Sykes acknowledges “Wisconsin Democrats have a Kenosha problem; And it could cost them big at the polls in 2022.” The Milwaukee Police Association and the Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police have already endorsed Rebecca Kleefisch, one of Gov. Evers’ Republican challengers.
Blaska’s Bottom Line: Tony Evers and Lt. Gov. (the lesser) Mandela Barnes are already are on record playing the race card by damning the Kenosha officer who defended himself against Jacob Blake. (“Why does Tony Evers hate cops?“) A self-defense affirmed by former Madison police chief Noble Wray (a black man) and by the U.S. Department of Justice. For that, they bear some resonsibility for the Kenosha riots.
I’m waiting to see what the usual guy says on here, just hope he tells that to the family of 65 yo woman who lost her life, he should be put away for manslaughter, let’s keep an eye on this. And, what ever happened to the perfect student who took great pictures with our mayor then killed two people in the cold night January 2020 in the woods in their pajamas with 45 magnum slugs in their heads? Hush hush until we forget about it so they can plea down? Check out his rap sheet a mile long on CCAP, but tough to see his name because some media in town now hides that info. You know, protect the guilty.

You mean “protect the guilty if they’re the right skin color.” The local media also studiously avoids showing photos of perpetrators who have the same skin color, assuming we won’t be able to figure out that an accused serial criminal named DeMarcus Washington is black.

These officials all have the blood of the innocent on their hands. I guess we “the little people” just don’t matter to them.

Like I said, it will have to be a VIP before it changes. Like neighborhoods wanting stop signs at their uncontrolled intersections but never get them UNTIL the right accident and a VIP gets harmed. It was how we got our stop signs.

NO, that is not what I said, the guy who killed that 65 yo woman with his stolen car is white. And, that is not his name. Cha 15 gave out the info. Look him up on CCAP, his rap sheet is a mile long. Laws have to apply equal treatment, problem is that there hasn’t been ANY TREATMENT of any kind. 14, 15, 16 year old teens still taking what does not belong to them. But, we will see if this innocent 65 yo woman was the right person for action finally. I would not bet on it. Has to be someone higher on the status ladder probably for change sadly.

A simple Google image search refutes your contention that the alleged driver (Marcus Longino) is white. Please don’t sully the purity of this blog with misinformation.

brynstane, Dane County Courts declare Marcus Longino is Caucasian. BUT only in the last coupla cases —prior to that, he was A-A. Rhetorically speakin’, can it get any crazier?

I’m going to forward this to the Mayor, Chief, Alders and request a response. Anyone want to bet on how many replies I’ll receive?

got this from the DA “Thank you for writing with your thoughts and concerns. I believe you are writing regarding Mr. Tavion J. Flowers. Mr. Flowers is currently charged in three open felony cases 21CF2298, 21CF2669, and 22CF321. As you know the District Attorney’s Office does not make the bail and/or sentencing decisions within our criminal justice system.” I replied to him with this “Thanks for your quick response. I know that the DA’s office does not make bail or sentencing decisions. The DA’s office does decide if they will charge, or not. Don’t they also make recommendations on bail and sentencing? How about making “plea deals” with defendants. CCAP makes for some very interesting reading.”

Inquiring minds want to know….. I have some serious questions in the Tavion Flowers incident. I will call her the “snack lady”. The report released by MPD mentions a lady saw these teens in or near her yard and invited them in for some “snacks”. Who does that? Must be a friend or relative of our dear Mayor. Definitely a learned behavior.

Surprised they did not fix her stupidity.

If she suspected that the kids were fleeing the scene of a crime (theirs) she should be charged with aiding and abetting a fugitive. Once again, Madison progressives produce a self-parody more damning than any their critics could manage to produce.

The Flowers family lived and worked in MDSN for decades, and were successful and satisfied. Something changed sadly, and the Flowers family members are recently semi-notorious. Sigh…

Yes, I recall the last name from years past, too. Could be a common name and the young rapscallion unrelated.

Next, let’s hear about the delayed arrests for felony battery of 2 LaFollette “scholars” who severely battered a special-needs student while the school did not bother to call police or even an ambulance for the victim.
The mother had to raise heck in the media and loudly reject efforts to handle the perps thru the B.S. “restorative justice” process before an arrest was made today, 3 weeks after the brutal attack.

Surprised it wasn’t on Facebook like the incident where another disabled kid was beaten by 4 others, Trashbook proudly let it air.

ya, what the hell did the school staff think was going to happen? They should have called MPD and an ambulance, immediately.

I do not understand nor will I ever accept that “education officials” have somehow come to consensus that students in their charge being violently attacked is somehow an internal administrative matter, instead of a situation that calls for police investigation and criminal justice!
This kid was badly battered in a violent felony assault, it was on video and the perps were known immediately, and the first arrest didn’t happen for 3 weeks???
Why are schools exempting themselves from adhering to laws that are there to deal directly with criminal assault??
Where is that troll AG and his blanket “investigation” of child abuse now?

Does race really matter? What difference does it make if the guy, and usually it is a guy, driving 65 miles per hour on Gammon Road, that slams into an innocent person and kills them. And yes I have been passed by more than one car going at least 65 mph on Gammon road.
Also been passed by cars going at least 90-95 mph on the belt line, going in and out of traffic, passing me in the right turn lane and going to the far left lane to go around other traffic that is going 65 mph.
No one in city or county government seems to care about the crazies that travel at that kind of speed and driving so recklessly. One small mistake, your fault, my fault, nobodies fault, someone is either going to die or be seriously hurt or maimed for the rest of their lives from the crazies that drive this way.

Notify our mayor so she can lower that speed limit to 25 like she did all over town. Hasn’t helped one bit, but it gives her that needed power surge.

For what it’s worth, only one house on the 6400 Block of Keelson Drive displays a “Black Lives Matter” yard sign. It’s a long time fixture, alerting passersby to the “virtuous” beliefs of residents of the property. Tax records and other Google compliant information are available for anyone with curiosity.

Now there’s a thought! Offer save refuge to car thieves fleeing from their traffic accidents? Stick a BLM sign in the front lawn and bake up a batch of cookies.

On a related note: Jumanji E. Bridges, of the Garner Park “60 bullet salute to life” celebration in August 2020, has a bench warrant out as of February 3rd 2022. Young Mr. Bridges failed to appear for a court appearance in Dane County Case Number 2020CF001926 State of Wisconsin vs. Jumanji E Bridges. So, there’s that tidbit from the fight for justice battlefront.
