A troublemaker could make a lot of Benjamins patenting a Woke Parking Lot Vigil Kit. Ready to go when a loved one is shot. Shot by whom doesn’t matter. Could be police, could be rival gang member, could be aggrieved citizen. Said kit would include memorial balloons, flickering candles, flowers and teddy bears, photo of the deceased in graduation cap and gown (just Photoshop face). “Defund Police” signs. Ready-to-read script for the grieving mother, to be read into the microphone:
“I just need to know why. I need justice for my baby. Somebody’s got to be held responsible for my baby being dead.”
So stated the mother of Quantaze Campbell Sunday night 10-16-22, shot dead three days earlier by a sheriff’s deputy at a cheap motel in Windsor, off the Interstate highway north of Madison WI.
We rush not to judgment. It is possible, of course, that the law enforcement officer is a Klan Kleagle and that Mr. Campbell was shot while being black. It is also possible that Mr. Campbell’s number came up after 28 years of crime. You name it, he did it: substantial battery, big-time theft, robbery, dealing drugs, and (Clue! Clue!)) resisting and obstructing an officer. Perhaps the police officer in Windsor identified the responsible party, in a manner of speaking.
We are hearing that Quantaze — wanted on a warrant — tried to run down the deputy in a stolen automobile (with a woman inside). Are attempting to confirm.
Timing is everything
If a police officer had shot Quantaze Campbell dead two years ago, Mandela Barnes would be flipping race cards like a Vegas strip blackjack dealer. Well before he began running for U.S. Senator, Barnes blasted the Kenosha district attorney (a Democrat BTW) for refusing to prosecute the white police officer who shot Jacob Blake in August 2020.
“I wish I could say that I’m shocked,” Barnes tweeted then. “It’s another instance in a string of misapplications of justice.” Never mind that the decision not to prosecute was confirmed by two probes, one conducted by Joe Biden’s Department of Justice and another conducted by former Madison police chief Noble Wray, himself black. Barnes said that AFTER those reviews!
Freedom Inc. may already own the patent on our Woke Parking Lot Vigil Kit. They’re up with a video (available here only) “honoring the life and legacy of Quantaze Campbell. A father, son, brother, and beloved friend to many who was murdered by police in Windsor.” (Yes, they rush to judgment but we do not.) The ceremony begins with a rather weak rendition of that mandatory anthem to imagined oppression: “All power to the people!”
Blaska’s Bottom Line: Democrats like Mandela Barnes are responsible for Woke-washing criminality by blaming systemic this or that (society, privilege, long-ago history, police) rather than demand personal accountability. Want to rescue your candidacy — or, if that’s too late — actually save lives? Read this into the camera for your next TV ad, Mr. Barnes:
“Doing crime is dangerous to your health and mine."

And where is the news conference or statement from the Sheriff about what happened? Do we have to wait until after the election to find out? I’m not saying Quantaze Campbell is an angel which he is not, but can’t we get a preliminary report. People loose confidence in the police and other government agencies when they won’t communicate with the public. The longer the sheriff’s office takes to make any statement the more people will question why and the conspiracy theories start. When the leaks start which they have, people will twist them into what they want.

Mandela is too busy these days to run to a BLM rally. He is fending off criticism of his tweets in support of Iran’s ayatollah and his own election denying/rigging claims from 2016.
When he loses get ready for the “Wisconsin is a racist state thru and thru” claims but in reality he is a horrible candidate whose own reckless words are coming back to haunt him big time.
Wonder if the WI State Urinal finds his pro-ayatollah tweets and claims of 2016 election rigging “charming” and “refreshing”.

Oh yes, you can bet that if Barnes goes down the leftists in general and the progressives in particular will lose their collective sh!t. They and their media propagandists will blanket characterize anyone who lives outside Madison and Milwaukee as white racist Klansmen hillbillies. They will conveniently ignore the fact that Barnes was ahead in the polls for a good deal of the race and how systemic racism can’t explain how Johnson overtook him. I mean, it’s not as if all these swing voters didn’t know Barnes was black until a couple weeks ago.

One can only hope cameras in the motel parking lot or neighboring businesses caught this. If that were the case I’m sure family, friends and Freedom Inc will cry foul and say the images were doctored. Mom, Dad, Aunties. Uncles, the deceased individual take no responsibility. Remember actions no longer have consequences if you have never been held accountable. Sad but true.

We all know how easy our representatives cough up big bucks of taxpayers dollars for “wrongful shootings”. Unfortunately, this habit results in encouraging more lawsuits. It also looks like he has a son who was born in 1996 who is following in crime just like the man who is responsible in part for him being born.
In fact, Quantaze Sr. has sired a number of offspring which he made little effort to support therefore that is why his rap sheet includes 4 paternity suits.
So much for excepting the responsibility of being a (FATHER)!

Even by the standards of local memorials for deceased criminal thugs, the one for Campbell was pretty pathetic, based on what I saw on one of the local news channels. At least it accurately reflected the worth of the person being memorialized. “Somebody has got to be held responsible for my baby being dead,” wailed his mother. First, Campbell was a middle-aged man with babies (largely neglected, it seems) of his own. Second, if you’re looking to assign blame, mom, start by looking in a mirror.
