Just 13 and 15 years old!
5:15 pm. 5-13-19 — Officers assisted with the investigation into a disturbance that occurred at a middle school earlier in the day. Officers made contact with the mother of the suspect (13-year-old HM) who was overheard making threatening statements and was reportedly posting things on social media about guns. Investigation continuing.
9:44 pm. 5-13-19 — Officers responded for a disturbance at a bus stop in the area of Turbot Dr and Post Rd. Upon arrival officers observed three suspects (two 15-year-old AAFs and one 13-year-old AAF) instigating a fight with two male subjects. One of the suspects attempted to spray a male subject with OC spray. Officers intervened and the suspects then began to fight with officers. All three suspects were detained and conveyed to JRC with charges of resisting arrest, threats/battery to a law enforcement officer and illegal use/possession of OC spray.
