‘I thought they were going to kill me,’ says 58-year-old woman after being pummeled by punks on Odana Road.
Detectives identified and arrested the male suspect in this case Friday (10-12-18). The 13-year-old was tentatively charged with robbery, party to a crime of battery, and operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. The teen is a member of a local street gang. He had been previously released from custody, for a similar crime, and placed on electronic monitoring. The teen admitted he recently cut off his GPS ankle bracelet.
The kid was arrested in August for driving a stolen RAV4. Its owner, a 45-year-old Cedar Creek Trail resident had left it unlocked with a key inside. It was taken from his driveway. At the time, he was inside his garage, with the door shut, getting ready for a garage sale. He heard the RAV4 start up, went outside to investigate, and it was gone.
The suspect was arrested a couple of days later. The officer taking him into custody knew the teen had been in multiple stolen vehicles in the past and attempted to talk with the suspect about stopping the crime spree.
The teen, according to the officer’s report, responded: “This is only the beginning. We’re just getting started.”
He was also arrested in November of 2017, when he was 12, in a case that was the subject of a another Incident Report.
Blaska’s Bottom Line: Appoint this kid to the Dean Loumos/ Annamarie Moffit police review committee. He knows more about the cops than the Madison school board! (“Troublemakers should sit in review of police.”)

It appears the hobby ghetto the Madison Democrats have been nurturing is really taking off. They love this stuff. It’s an excuse for committees, speeches, and patronage jobs to address the problem they helped create. All the while bathing in warm glow of self regard that come from bearing the white liberal burden.
