At least the Facebook poster recognized that the Republican nominee’s convention speech required excuses. Like blaming Nancy Pelosi for not calling out the National Guard against Trump’s revved-up shock troops.
Which raises today’s question for the peanut gallery: How can your candidate win when his supporters find it necessary to make excuses every time the man shoots himself in the foot?

I too, am tired of being asked to overlook Trump’s bad behavior, mean tweets and crude comments. Trump sycophants keep telling me to “look past all that stuff” or “don’t take it seriously.” Why do I always have to be the one to cut him slack? Why am I the one who has to constantly stifle my gag reflex?
