Defund the racial arsonists!

See them in court!

Our progressive … acquaintances are in a dither over that Texas law that allows private citizens to sue abortionists for damages. It occurs to the gray lab coats here at the Policy Werkes that enough civil lawsuits may rehabilitate America’s corrupt news media. Just as the KKK was defunded by civil lawsuits, so should racial arsonists be put out of business

Law prof Jonathan Turley reports that the former Covington Catholic high school student has reached another settlement with a Woke news organization. Although terms weren’t divulged, Nicholas Sandmann had sued NBC/MSNBC demanding $275 million for defamation. Sandmann previously settled with the Washington Post and CNN.

The news media branded Sandman a MAGA cap-wearing racist who harassed a Native American at the Lincoln Memorial on 01-18-2019. Turns out it was the other way around and the drum-beating pest was a well known troublemaker. Didn’t congresswomen Maxine Waters and others demand Trump supporters be harasssed?

Don’t let facts confuse the story line

“Having a MAGA-hatted, racist, pro-life high school student abusing an elderly Native American was a fact too good to check — even when it required as little as watching the unedited videotapes,” Turley observes.

According to the complaint, NBC/MSNBC continued to repeat the false representations as late as 01-27-19— after most media organizations has corrected its coverage.

Got to think Kyle Rittenhouse is auditioning tort lawyers and reviewing MSNBC’s Joy Reid mocking his “white tears” and likening him to a “slave catcher” even after his acquittal.

After blaming “classic Wisconsin frat boys for lighting her afire, Althea Bernstein was the toast of the network TV morning talk shows. Even got a call from a princess. Her tall tale never made any sense. Didn’t matter. After the expenditure of thousands of hours by multiple law enforcement agencies, the young woman finally was exposed as a hoaxster. (More here.)

‘Black privilege’

Rachel Dolezal declared herself black because she wanted to enjoy black privilege,” Jonah Godberg writes.

Jussie Smollett understood that victims, especially hate crime victims, get all sorts of privileges in our society, so much so that he was willing to fake a hate crime.

The ability to call whole categories of people racist without much evidence is a privilege. The power to police the language other people use is a form of privilege. … The assumption that transgender activists have the moral authority to tell the rest of us that we are bigots if we don’t adhere to their grammatical-metaphysical engineering is a gobsmacking assumption of privilege because it elevates their feelings above all other considerations. …

Couple years back, Blaska and the mother of a Madison West high school student paid an attorney $1,000 to issue a cease and desist order to a Madison-based progressive outfit for falsely declaring we harassed school-resource-officer opponents when it was the other way around. Should have sought damages.

Blaska’s Bottom Line: The Madison Common Council should authorize legal action against Althea Bernstein to recover the costs of its investigation. Which alder is brave enough?

Who else should sue or be sued?

I’d like to see the NFL sued for their lack of racial equity.

It’s right there in the endzone: END RACISM

    Sue Joe Biden.

After all, he is a primary example of white privilege.

Born rich, became a Senator, then became President. What else could you ask for?

After all, you pay your household staff more than I make in a year.

Must be nice to have such money.

Why do I get the feeling he isn’t a trumpet? Thank God there is only one on here I suppose. And, what happened to all of those Biden/Harris signs so proudly stuck in the dirt in this liberal sheet hole? Oh, I know, they are saving them for 2024, but not one of them have mentioned it to one another. Whoops.

Straight from Saul Alinsky’s rule book: Accuse others of what you’re doing to create confusion.

Hindsight is perfect of course, but yes, I would have sued. Just as Sandmann did (successfully) and I hope Rittenhouse does. If the police & sheriff’s office can’t protect us and public officials tolerate the harassment on our behalf, suing is the only recourse left.

    David,

Thank you for pointing this out.

Jonah Goldberg makes a brilliant point when he says….”The ability to call whole categories of people racist without much evidence is a privilege. …”

That is positively brilliant! That is also what is going on in our country today. For someone to call me or you or anyone a racist based on their questioning of the liberal/socialist/marxist narrative that is espoused by the left of today shows their complete lack of understanding of what is really going on.

What is going on is a complete undoing of the principles that made up what this country was made up to be.

I love my freedom. But I know that my freedom does not come without a cost. I will gladly sacrifice my life in order to preserve the freedom I have experienced in my 64 years on this planet so that others can be free.

Ultimately I as well as everyone has to decide to obey Gods law or their own dictates. That’s a hard one I still struggle with but I know that in the end it will be Gods law that I follow.

Since the marxists of the world don’t believe in God, there is no question in their minds of which narrative to believe.

They just happen to believe in the wrong narrative.
