Just received word that Amos Roe, an active member of the Policy Werkes, passed away last night 11-28-2020 of an apparent heart attack. He and Blaska ran for Madison school board last year.
We also mourn the passing of a long-time colleague of ours at The Capital Times, Rosemary Kendrick. We knew Rosemary as the chief of the copy desk. Our friend was 80 years of age. Full Obiturary.

You need only to file out three brief forms and get 20 signatures to get on the April 6 ballot.
Begin circulating nominating petition December 1; papers due January 5. Alder candidates only need 20 signatures of eligible voters; school board 100. (Get more to be safe.)
