Kavanaugh attacks backfire on Democrats

UPDATE: FBI clears Kavanaugh as predicted.

Expect Madison’s State Street to erupt this afternoon.

Women in swing-states don’t believe his accusers

For $100 Alex, what is a boomerang?

It is an axiom here at the Blaska Policy Werkes (and tanning salon) that Republicans would be doggie doo were it not for Democrats. Our liberal-progressive-socialist acquaintances always over-reach. With Democrats, more is always less.

Chuck Schumer warned, from the floor of the Senate, no less, that Dems would use “all means to defeat this nominee.” He wasn’t kidding. So they spring a woman with long-term memory loss as a last-minute grenade at Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, throw in accusations of gang rape, and then carp that the nominee is infuriated at the trashing of his reputation. Wrong judicial temperament, doncha know.

You know the fix is in when one of the fund-raising bundlers for Tammy Baldwin, D-WI, sits next to “Doctor” Blasey Ford at the Senate Judiciary hearing. Democrats got their re-opened FBI investigation (this would be #7); expecting Kavanaugh to be exonerated, they now want to hook him up to the electrodes.

To Kill A Mockingbird

Well, not ALL women

This is the party of Believe All Women;
their most recent presidential standard-bearer:
Hillary Clinton (Bubba’s wife)

The greatest appeals court in the land is seeing right through their transparent hypocrisy. That would be the court of public opinion, aka: Voters. Maybe not in Palo Alto or Manhattan, but in the swing states that voted Trump 2016.

“Local- and state-level leaders across the country say they’re ready to lash out against Democrats in the midterm elections,” The Atlantic reports.

In interviews with roughly a dozen female conservative leaders from as many states, this was the overwhelming sentiment: These women are infuriated with the way the sexual-assault allegations against the Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh have been handled. They are not convinced by Ford or any other woman who has come forward. They resent the implication that all women should support the accusers. And they believe that this scandal will ultimately hurt the cause of women who have been sexually assaulted.

Above all, these women, and the women they know, are ready to lash out against Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections.

Axios is reporting the same:

Top Republicans tell Axios that they’re seeing a surprising and widespread surge in GOP voter enthusiasm, powered largely by support for Brett Kavanaugh and his Supreme Court nomination.

“The Kavanaugh debate has dropped a political grenade into the middle of an electorate that had been largely locked in Democrats’ favor for the past six months,” said Josh Holmes, a former top aide to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Pointing to Montana, Indiana, West Virginia, Missouri and Tennessee, Holmes added: “[P]rivate polling shows the enthusiasm shift is … unmistakable in the red states that will determine control of the Senate.”

Same at the left-wing National Public Radio:

The wide Democratic enthusiasm advantage that has defined the 2018 campaign up to this point has disappeared, according to a new NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll.

ISODid we say over-reach? Maybe another identity politics hissy fit will do the trick! Social justice warriors to the rescue!

International Socialist Organization – Madison has scheduled a walk out out at 4 p.m. today (10-04-18). Out of what they might be walking, they don’t say. Probably out of their gender-race studies class.

Blaska’s Bottom Line: The socialists are going to miss the Brewers playoff game!

Those card-carrying members of the “Believe All Women” crowd might want to read an article in today’s WI SJ entitled “Assault charges dismissed.” It tells of sexaul assault charges against a Monona businessman being dropped when it was discovered that his accuser was involved in an elaborate extortion plot against her alleged rapist. This, of course, means nothing to those who are adept at ignoring or demonizing anyone or anything that fails to conform to their fanatical ideology. I’m hoping and praying that the backlash from the Kavanaugh debacle results in a Red Wave next month–it would be the most appropriate response to the cynical power grab by Democrats. Their moral debauchery is enough to make whatever might have happened between Ford and Kavanaugh look like a Sunday School picnic.

This Kavanaugh lynch mob has just about completely pushed me away from the Democratic-liberal-progressive movement for good. The open hatred of males on display, that I feel I cannot respond to without risking my own good name and career, is absolutely disgusting.

Anyone who has sons or other males in their circle who they know and care about, should take a long hard look at what the crazies dominating the “conversation” are saying. They are openly hateful of men, in such a way that if you substituted a race or ethnic group for what they say about “males” and “men” it would be vicious racism not tolerated for a second.

The Kavanaugh circus is disgusting and one-sided. Outright lynching of a good man. “I believe…” blah blah blah? Well, I believe she is LYING. “Accusers never lie” — that’s a BIG LIE. Actually THEY DO — hundreds of men have been exonerated of sex crimes in the past 2 decades, mind you this is after being arrested, tried, convicted, sentenced, and sent to prison, some for years or decades. Don’t believe me? See the University of Michigan Law School’s exoneration registry if you don’t believe me. Hundreds of men exonerated, and almost all of them after FALSE TESTIMONY by the accuser.

All of this has just about finally pushed me to conservatism. You wanna play identity politics? Two (“White Males” can play that game too.

Lefties (most, not all) have a tremendous emotional investment in this outcome. Their tribe (which makes F Troop’s Hekawi look positively Churchillian) has been unmercifully beaten like rented mules since the 2010 midterms, and left to teeter on the edge of blubbering insanity, with no let-up in sight.

They’ve been in dangerously immersed in catatonic/apoplectic, pillow-biting, mouth-breathing, weenie-whiny, simpering-whimpering complete metaphysical, emotional, existential, psychological, philosophical, full-throated, freaking out, melting down, totally collapsing free-fall.

Not an enviable state of affairs for those perilously close to the dark abyss to begin with, am I right?

A mass Lefty Grand Mal seizure commenced on 11/09/2016 because the good ol’ U. S. of A. SOUNDLY REJECTED a traitorous, felonious, DeadBrokeAHontas/Faux-Feminista/rape enablin,’ husband accuser destroyin,’ cheatin’ spouse swattin,’ War mongerin,’ Weapons systems approvin,’ valor stealin,’ Nixon supportin,’ American Jobs offshorin,’ Mean YouTube Video denyin,’ NASA Space Program joinin,’ Human Rights violator endorsin,’ Minority Superpredator eliminatin’, Black Children to heel bringin,’ Marine enlistin,’ horrible health hidin,’ declining competence repudiatin,’ records release refusin,’ Four Pinocchio/Pantsuit-on-Fire lyin,’ thievin,’ deceivin,’ criminally insane, incompetent Harpy!

    And now this?

If it doesn’t go their way, and it very well may not, what will be their mass hysterical reaction?

What may sane occupants of a fact-based reality expect? Cancelled classes, seat-stuffer job
no-shows, individuals-in-fetal-position-thumb-sucking-meltdowns, safe space parking lots filled to capacity, plush, cuddly stuffed animal shortages, a run on warm, soothing cocoa, and enabling grief counselors jacking their rates, DEADBEATS threatening to move to Canada, ad infinitum, ad nauseum?
