Who said the C-word?

Madison Council to spend $10,000 to find out.

Shadayra Kilfoy Flores withdrew her demand for a public hearing Tuesday pending results from a professional forensic data and voice firm to determine who said the terrible C-word during the council meeting in the early morning hours of September 2.

The Madison Common Council obliged by voting 17-2 Tuesday night 10-06-20 to spend $10,000 on expert analysis.

That did not stop Kilfoy-Flores from continuing to accuse Ald. Paul Skidmore Tuesday night.

Shady bitch

“Shady” doesn’t mind using some words, apparently. (Thnx Steve W.)

“Ald. Skidmore is a paid employee and an elected official he should be held to a higher standard. I waited for an apology. what Paul Skidmore did was abuse of his power … What that is saying, Women and minorities that we don’t belong at the table.”

Is Blaska a victim, too?

Kilfoy Flores also took a shot at this blogger. “I want to say to David Blaska you are disgusting, you are gross. You should stop trolling me. To use Anisa Scott’s name against me is despicable.…  Blaska let your people know to leave me alone, please.” (Not certain what she means by that, unless it is quit writing about her?)

Which is interesting, since she posted this not-so-veiled threat against Blaska when we ran for Madison school board in 2019.

Harrington McKinney came to Skidmore’s defense.“Ald Skidmore has been tarred, feathered and accused without any due diligence. He said he didn’t do it. … what happened to ‘innocent until proven guilty’?

“I also object to due process, or lack of it,” Ald. Skidmore said. ” It was a matter of a couple days before I read my name in the paper and a letter signed by 14 of my colleagues and that said ‘Skidmore did it.’  Fourteen of my colleagues have already commented that they have come to a decision. I will be voting no.’

Harrington-McKinney and Skidmore were the only votes against the voice analysis.

Blaska’s testimony, abridged:

Does it bother you that this Inquisition is so nakedly partisan? Ald. Prestigiacomo encouraged Madison to “F-bomb S-Word up” in a scheduled riot that PROMISED “no bad protesters, no good cops?”

Ald. Kemble uttered a profanity — and in both cases, there was no doubt to the identity of the speaker. Doesn’t it bother you that they get a pass?

Politics is what this Marxist show trial is all about.

Shadayra Kilfoy Flores is Cops out of School, Derail the Jail, Defund the Police, F-bomb 12. In other words your kind of people. She tried to derail Chief Koval, now it’s Paul Skidmore.

Her very own written complaint lifts the curtain on this political hit job. Alder Skidmore: “has a history of speaking and voting in a manner that I believe could be fairly characterized as sexist and racist.” In other words, the alder votes wrong. He supports police.

Skidmore, her theory goes, “had just lost a fight to those who have fought tooth and nail to see a city where all people feel safe.”

FEEL SAFE? Tell that to State Sen. Tim Carpenter, Dr. Beth Potter, Mr. Carre, Anthony Chung, and Anisa Scott. Tell that to the victims of escalating car thefts, home invasions, and high-speed shoot-outs.

Thanks for your testimony tonight, David.

Readers may recall, BTW, that it is Kilfloy-Flores who also made a not-so-veiled death threat against David Blaska in late 2018 after he decided to run for Madison school board.. https://davidblaska.com/2018/12/22/this-is-what-im-up-against-folks/against

I pointed this out in my letter to the Common Council this afternoon and am forwarding this fact to our acting chief of police, Victor Wahl.

Who cares about shots fired, murders, muggings, houses and cars being broken into, State Street businesses either closed or boarded up, riots and looting on State Street and the Capitol Square, the statute of Miss Forward and Hans Christian Hegg being ripped off their bases and thrown into the lake, a mayor who told the police to stand down in the midst of the riots, people intimidated by a baseball bat wielding thug who is now out of jail, a child being gunned down while riding in a car, gunned down by thugs who were all repeat offenders let out of jail time and time again, the city county building that was occupied at the time almost being set ablaze.

Paying no attention to those violent acts occurring right here in Madison Wisconsin, along with most of the other members of our city council, Shadayra Kilfoy Flores has felt it far, far better to ignore all these issues and make it her mission to get rid of any and all dissenting voices that would bring some semblance of reality to her utopian dreams. It appears to me that Alder Skidmore is a voice of reason crying out to be heard in a sea of stupidity that makes up, in my opinion, the vast, vast majority of city council and the mayors office.

This in part from Channel 47 MADISON, Wis. http://fox47.com/news/local/madison-alder-accused-of-using-derogatory-word-at-council-meeting-asked-to-resign “Fourteen alders have asked whomever used a derogatory word towards a community activist at Tuesday’s council meeting to come forward.

The word can be heard in the virtual council meeting around 08:14:36. The audio sounds like a man calling the woman who is about to speak a c—.

“I’m demanding his resignation because that behavior is unacceptable,” said Shadayra Kilfoy-Flores, a community activist who believes that alder Paul Skidmore was directing the word at her.

“As disappointing as his behavior was I still feel very grateful for the outpouring of support,” Kilfoy-Flores said.

Kilfoy-Flores said there is no doubt in her mind that Skidmore was the person who said it. In a community letter asking for Skidmore to resign, Madison’s Community Response Team backs Kilfoy-Flores saying there has not been a positive history with Skidmore.”

This is what gets to me: “Fourteen alders have asked whomever used a derogatory word…..” The word “whomever” is not a clear indication of guilt on anyones part. How is it possible that she knows who uttered this word when fourteen other alders who were all at the same meeting did not?

Oh well, as they say: Stupid is as Stupid does. In my opinion, Shadayra is just another shining example of of that stupidity.

Let the communist show trial begin.

Lions and tigers and bears, oh me oh my.

Oh and Shadayra, if you are mad at me for making such comments and want to get back at me for doing so just remember one thing: It’s my FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT to criticize those in government and their actions! After all, it was the vast majority of the city council, yourself included, and the mayor who fiddled while Madison burned. Shows how much you all really care about the People and the City of Madison.

Just one correction: They didn’t ALMOST set the CCB ablaze, they flat out set it on fire. It reminded me of the WSJ story the next day where they said the thugs had “started a small fire.” Yeah the problem with “small” fires is they often don’t stay that way.

  4. Kilfoy Flores also took a shot at this blogger. “I want to say to David Blaska you are disgusting… Blaska let your people know to leave me alone, please.” (Not certain what she means by that, unless it is quit writing about her?)

It’s interesting to hear that either Ms. Kilfoy-Flores is either reading Blaska’s blog or some of her friends are reading it and feeding her information about the blog. If these readers oppose the arguments they read here why don’t they choose to engage those arguments; are they rhetorical cowards, are they not up to the task intellectually, what is the reason they choose not to engage?

Ms. Kilfoy-Flores’ “let your people know to leave me alone” statement is probably referring to my comment back on the 5th of October where I directly addressed what she wrote in her notarized complaint to Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway. My opinion that Ms. Kilfoy-Flores a “loud mouthed self-serving emotional snowflake” might have made her angry. Ms. Kilfoy-Flores has placed herself in the public eye and is trying to elevate herself as a local public leader, if she can’t take the heat then she needs to get out of the kitchen. She can certainly dish out vitriolic rhetoric but it seems that she can’t take it; that’s hypocrisy.

Additionally; Ms. Kilfoy-Flores the people that choose to comment on Blaska’s blog are not his people, your statement “let your people know” is completely devoid of logic.

In my opinion, nothing that Blaska has written on his blog is “disgusting”, Blaska is presenting his opinion and if you don’t like it that’s tough.

What’s actually revolting Ms. Kilfoy-Flores, is your unethical attempts to bypass the long standing cultural and social construct that’s one of the basis of civility and it’s based on the United States Constitution that we are innocent until proven guilty and instead you dive straight into the immoral abyss of guilty until proven innocent and on top of that you have no evidence to support your accusations only innuendo. Your unsupportable verbal attacks and complaint against Alderman Skidmore are immoral. Your words show a blatant anti-Constitutional and therefore anti-American leaning towards totalitarianism, you should be ashamed of yourself. In regards to he/she who asserts must prove, please read this.

Lastly Ms. Kilfoy-Flores, if you want others to leave you alone then have show enough personal fortitude to come here and tell them that yourself.

By the way; no one is bothering you Ms. Kilfoy-Flores, we are simply exercising our free speech rights by sharing our opinions on current events on a local blog. No one is tracking you down to scream at you while you’re eating dinner at a restaurant, no one is coming to your home to scream at you from the street, there isn’t a mob blocking your path when you’re driving through Madison, no one is trying to get you removed from your job because you allegedly said a naughty word (free speech) that offended someone. No Ms. Kilfoy-Flores, no one here is bothering you, you might want to get that delusion checked.

Speaking of bothering people; why don’t you stop bothering Alderman Skidmore with your unsupported libelous public smears? If a professional forensic data and voice firm can’t definitively, and I do mean definitively, beyond any doubt, and no possibility of error, state that Alderman Skidmore was the one that stated the offensive word on the zoom meeting, are you willing to stand up in public at a Madison Common Counsel meeting and offer a genuine apology to Ald. Skidmore for falsely accusing him and dragging his reputation through the mud? I’m guessing that you don’t apologize for anything you do, but just in case, here’s an apology scale so you can plan ahead.

Now Ms. Kilfoy-Flores you have a choice to make, do you choose to engage with the arguments I’ve presented here or do you choose to remain silent and therefore acknowledge with your lack of retort that you’re not up to the rhetorical task. Choose Ms. Kilfoy-Flores.

Ms. Kilfoy-Flores is also the poster child for being a hypocrite. At some point she was attacked by an ex-boyfriend and (rightfully) expected the police and legal system to step in and protect her and serve her attacker justice (https://semiotic-pirate.dreamwidth.org/221438.html).

But, when gun casings end up 100′ from my front door, when car-to-car shootings are a regular occurrence in my neighborhood, when a repeat criminal kills a merit scholar blocks from my office, she says we aren’t entitled to the same protections. We’re supposed to get rid of the police and just sit back and take it, hoping the community will come to our aid.

Old girl Shady likes to stir the pot, but she doesn’t want to lick the spoon. The woman has strong opinions and historically likes to play that well worn race card and make false accusations. The reasons I’m in the know is because I know a friend who knew a friend that was a classmate with her in the MMSD some 20 something years ago. If memory serves I recall similar instances playing out in a classroom setting where Ms. Shady Lady would spew some outlandish and racist opinion, crumble under minimal challenge and accuse/play race card. Wash rinse and repeat. Her attempts at cancelling fellow classmates also failed. Even these old SJWs are one trick ponies and they’re all quite similar. I wonder if she is a platinum subscriber to the ‘verkes?, because there is nothing disgusting about the Squires writings. Heck I’ve savaged her more than the head groundskeeper has! What’s really disgusting is (in an abstract sense that makes no reference to the indigenous female) how a two-bit hood ratchet and racist race con who has in no way been oppressed growing up on Madison’s trendy Near east side can still in middle age, act like a high school drama queen and make false accusations that a stand up alder called her a C word! In addition she hates the fuzz because they kept pulling her over for a couple decades for not having things like a drivers license or car insurance. It’s not the mans fault you’re a literal moving violation and are an irresponsible motorist who has no business driving. In addition, when people tell me to stop talking smack, I tend to want to talk more smack! And unlike her, when I talk smack it is always the truth. I’m tough and fair all at the same time. Don’t violate and you won’t get violated! I can no longer hide my contempt for these people.

You nailed it! The only reason they continue to act like this is because few ever challenge anything they have to say. Normal people are afraid of them, but they really shouldn’t be.

Their schtick may work well in Madison where they’re surrounded by their own kind, but if they were to debate a true critical thinker in neutral territory, they’d be lost.

      • Liberty,
They don’t debate, they yell at, scream at and talk over anyone who opposes them so their opposition cannot be heard. The only message that they want to be heard is theirs and if that doesn’t work they’ll burn, loot, assault and intimidate. These are the things that totalitarian fascists do.

Interesting reading. This testimony is available to the public.

“The testimony shows that Irwin and Kilfoy-Flores, for no legitimate reason/
followed Chief Koval, Paula Fitzsimmons (“Paula”) and Steve Fitzsimmons as they
were descending the stairs from the City Council chambers to the first floor of the CityCounty Building, yelling at them. Thery again for no legitimate reason, they followed
Chief Koval down the main hallway and then down the stairway to the G-1 level of the
building, all the while continuing to yell at and harass the Chief. The explanation by
Irwin and Kilfoy-Flores, that they were merely going in the same direction as Chief
Koval to get a Coke, is on its face incredible. It is indisputable that they were seeking a
    confrontation with Chief Koval”

$10 K to investigate a four letter word, that’s $2,500 a letter. A few months ago, during the riots, Ald. Prestigiacomo took to social media to encourage people to “f–k s–t up”? Didn’t need no stinkin’ investigation then. Exactly what you would WANT in a public official, right? (That night cost taxpayers FAR in excess of $10K) So now they’ll investigate a “word”, discovered by Skidmore’s political opponent, aimed at one of the “professionally aggrieved” (with a proven track record), on your dime. Keep signing the checks, Madison, and sit back and marvel at the fresh and innovative ways progressives find to spend your hard earned wages.
