Girding our loins for the WI Republican convention this weekend, we would be remiss if we did not take a good, healthy swig of 100-proof schadenfreude at the discord dividing Democrats. Our faith in human nature is gratified that even the party of Elizabeth Warren finds David Hogg insufferable.
Democrats say they want to reconnect with people who carry a lunch pail to work but they elect the smug, know-it-all, whippersnapper as a national vice chairman. Very much full of himself, young Hogg announces he’s going to primary the geriatrics of his party. So the party combs through the fine print to locate the subclause that dictates that the party violated its identity politics quota by a decimal point when it elected David Hogg, white man.
Not sated with eating their young, Democrats and what Pat Buchanan called their amen corner in the news media are scapegoatingJoe Biden and his enablers — not for their bone-headed policies but for hiding his growing senescence. One could make an argument for making truck drivers pay off college loans, for example. Not a very strong argument, but an argument — and Democrats tried. But there is no excuse, no spin, that justifies telling voters not to believe what their lying eyes could see for themselves: that their President was non compos mentis. A jibbering shell of a man being fitted for his drool cup.

Embittered by the Trump restoration, the news media is/are lighting their torches, sharpening their pitchforks for everyone who hid Old Joe’s cognitive decline. Except themselves.
Today, CNN’s Jake Tapper lambasted the Biden White House for falsely labeling videos showing Biden's cognitive issues “cheap fakes.”

CNN’s Jake Tapper is out with a book that supposedly uncovers the cover up without uncovering his own cover up. Instead, the newsguy played useful idiot for the party when it really mattered — like before the election! Remember when Biden’s increasing incoherence was blamed on a childhood stutter that somehow escaped notice during the first 40 years of the politician’s career?
“How do you think it makes little kids with stutters feel when they see you make a comment like that?” Tapper asked indignantly after showing a clip of Lara Trump commenting on Biden struggling for words.
“First and foremost, I had no idea that Joe Biden ever suffered from a stutter,” Lara Trump responded. “I think what we see on stage with Joe Biden, Jake, is very clearly a cognitive decline.” A month before the 2020 election!

In early June 2024, several weeks before the infamous debate on CNN, the Wall Street Journal reported that Biden had shown “signs of slipping.” MSNBC’S JOE Scarborough leapt into action: “This version of Biden intellectually, analytically is the best Biden ever. Blaska’s Bottom Line: So obsessed with defeating Trump were most of the news media that they were willing to deny the reality in front of their own eyes. The irony is Tapper, Scarborough, and their co-conspirators in the news media elected Donald Trump. They deserve what they are getting.

For 12 years we have had budget surplusses, for 6 years Evers has proposed budgets that would raise taxes and create and continue a tax and spend hellhole here similar to doyles absolutely atrocious time in office. He wisconsin gop, just give evers the fingers, propose and pass same budget has last 2 years. Have some balls to shut this autocrat down.
