about the President’s visit to Madison!
President Biden, bailing more water than the Sorcerer’s Apprentice, scheduled a stop in Madison WI for Friday 07-05-24. He’s seeking to shore up his sinking campaign in battleship U.S.S. Wisconsin after a disastrous televised debate a week ago that calls into question his fitness for office. But the state’s only Democrat(ic) U.S. Senator — a Madison native — once again is rowing off on her own. It would be the fourth time in a row that Tammy Baldwin — herself seeking re-election — is snubbing the titular leader of her party. A stunning snub that will embolden other Democrats to jump ship before they, too, sleep with the fishes.
Baldwin says she’s walking two Independence Day parades up north on Friday as part of her “Fired Up For Tammy Tour.” WI Republican party chairman Brian Schimming jests, “It’s better than the ‘I don’t want to get fired with Joe Tour in Madison.’”
Governor Tony Evers, on the other hand, did not even participate in the President’s conference call with governors Monday and doesn’t plan to do visit with today. Is that because Evers is already fully on board with Biden? Maybe not, hence Biden’s emergency trip. Schimming mocked:
The comical absurdity of Evers, a self-professed Biden fanboy, then turning around and skipping a Biden/Democrat governors conference call where Joe really “needs a little help from his friends” right now, is not small.
One would think the President’s trip here is to rub shoulders with Evers and Baldwin (in her case, literally), but a spokesman tells The Capital Times only that the governor “is tentatively planning to attend.” Not “Are you kidding! I’ll be there with bells on!” But “tentatively.” In other words, Tony is penciling it in. If he can make it. Lots happening around here. Would you look at this desk! It is a mess!

Blaska’s Bottom Line: Nancy Pelosi, of all people, is being quoted as wondering whether Biden’s face plant was a “condition” or just an “episode.” Our math says numerous episodes add up to a condition. Joe Biden isn’t visiting Wisconsin to hand out checks. He’s in a jam and desperately seeking rank and file support — and not hearing it. Joe Biden cannot afford to lose Wisconsin in November. He may lose it in July!

The only thing more perplexing than Biden being elected four years ago is how Tammy Baldwin (or Mark Pocan for that matter) keep getting reelected– talk about do nothing politicians! I love the fact that the Democrats are eating their own
The reason Baldwin keeps winning? Because you guys keep running Schmucks. Mr. Laguna Beach who doesn’t want anyone over 75 to vote is already 16 points down. I don’t even hear any of that RED WAVE BS from anyone. The only reason he got picked is because he is paying all his bills from his own pocket. No help from the GOP because they are broke from paying trump’s legal bills.

I’ve long despised the New York Times, mainly because they’re Democrat cheerleaders masquerading as journalists. But even they are calling for Biden to withdraw. In the past, their online commenters were often more intelligent than their columnists, but it seems most of those have abandoned the paper. Many commenters today were thinking that a Michelle Obama – Kamala Harris ticket was what the Democrats should pivot to. Talk about ridiculous.
Democrats scream about Republicans being a threat to democracy. But if they run an open convention next month, they will likely nominate someone that nobody voted for in the primaries while simultaneously trying to jail their opponent. Talk about hypocrisy.

Anyone paying attention over the last four years has noticed this decline despite The White House’s and their big media acolytes’ best efforts to conceal it. They all screamed about the damning report by the Wall Street Journal where dozens of people who work closely with Biden reported the same thing, but amazingly couldn’t refute any of it. It was all there for the world to see in the debate. Watch Biden’s performance in the 2020 debates. Then watch the last debate and try to tell us with a straight face that the guy hasn’t severely declined.
