Is Kenneth Chesebro talking to the WI AG?

Kenneth Chesebro, the Wisconsin-based lawyer who is credited or blamed with the alternative or fake elector gambit, it talking to investigators for Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul.

That’s what CNN is reporting this morning. (Fake News! Fake News!) Chesebro has already pleaded guilty to conspiracy in Georgia and is now cooperating with Wisconsin, Nevada, Arizona and Michigan investigators “in hopes of avoiding more criminal charges.”

“Chesebro’s cooperation in Wisconsin is the first  indication the state attorney general’s office has launched its own investigation into the false slates of pro-Trump electors,” CNN reports.

A civil lawsuit brought by Democrat(ic) front groups settled with Wisconsin’s 10  alternative electors but did not drop Chesebro or former Dane County Judge James Troupis from the suit, which seeks millions of dollars in damages. Some of Wisconsin’s Trump electors said they were advised by attorneys to sign the document, which was then taken to Washington DC prior to the 01-06-21 insurrection.

That civil settlement does not immunize  Wisconsin’s 10 signatories from criminal investigation. Criminal charges have been brought in Michigan against its 16 fake electors.

Blaska wonders what the Bottom Line will be.

Huge news that Chesebro is talking to the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office. I would hate to think that these 10 fake elector pieces of s–t could walk away with impunity. And in their joint statement they actually ask the public to “disregard” their attempt to steal votes and subvert democracy. Criminal charges should come down hard on this gang of thieves.
