An important provision of the deal is that if, by the end of the year, the House and Senate haven’t passed 12 appropriations bills (the long-forgotten way budgeting is supposed to work), all discretionary spending would become subject to an automatic 1% cut. At least Judge Brown wasn’t accused of gang rape, nor did she have the inscriptions in her high school yearbook subjected to Talmudic scrutiny by members of the Judiciary Committee. Her declining to define the term “woman” must have caused a veritable tsunami of orgasms among the loony left and their acolytes n the media. BTW I think it’s quaint that CNN chose to label some of those articles “Opinion.” Without that helpful clue, no one could possibly distinguish them from the other articles that purport to be objective reportage.

Yep, the Judiaciary Committee asking Ketanji Brown Jackson tough questions is apparently off limits. Slandering Brett Kavanaugh is fair game. Let’s see which members of the Committee actually show up for the confirmation vote—something the Democrats couldn’t be bothered to do for Amy Coney Barrett.
