But I did agree with Dave. Dementia Don does need to shut his big fat mouth. It is taking away from the time he needs to enrich himself and the American oligarchy he has surrounded himself with.

Dave, I do appreciate your argument. I’d like to see Trump act a little bit more presidential but I highly doubt that if he started playing nice that the people who hate him will all of a sudden like him. TDS is incurable. He’s demonstrated that even when he does something “good” they still hate him (eradicating Iran’s nuke capacity, toppling Maduro, economy, Etc).
Apparently, the calculus is you either support Trump without reservation in everything he does, or else you develop an irrational hatred for the man that cannot be vanquished. I thought that Dave and I occupied the category of Conservatives who believe Trump to be a scoundrel that will only do the right thing when it coincides with his own self-interest. Detestable, yet still preferable to the likes of Kamala Harris or Joe Biden. It’s not about hate.
You want Trump to change his stripes to “optimize”. That’s in line with the leftist ideals to create a utopia. Not gonna happen. If he had it in him to be more “Presidential” he wouldn’t have won the presidency once let alone twice. Elon Musk is the same. Hell throw Brett Favre in there too. Yeah it was tough to watch all those INTs. Tough nuts it was the man’s nature.
