Big Gummint giveaways will be a Democrat takeaway
This thing has legs — as we used to say in the news business: Somali immigrants grifting a billion dollars of Joe Biden’s Covid-era Big Gummint giveaways under the unwatchful — even winking — eye of Tampon Tim Walz, the biggest fool in Minnesota, Kamala Harris’ punchline of a running mate. The graft — money for meals not served, children not taught, rides not shared, and homeless not sheltered — has been detected in the State of New York, too. As Nick Berenson reports:
In 1988, New York had 18 million people and spent about $10 billion on Medicaid. Today, the state has 20 million people — and spends $120 billion. Even with inflation, New York is spending about four times as much per-person.
It will soon be exposed wherever guilty compassion overcomes smart stewardship, wherever politicians kowtow to identity politics to blame American racism and free market capitalism for the failure of their Big Gummint policies. In short, wherever Democrats run the show.
The mainstream media is loathe to sink its hooks into the story*, just as it denied Joe Biden’s dementia until slapped in the face at that infamous presidential debate. Reluctant, because immigrants of color, doncha know. Already the subject of a thousand memes is the misspelled sign on the Minneapolis building that reads “Quality Learing Center” uncovered by a 23-year-old kid named Nick Shirley using a camcorder.
→ * Although we recount a piece the New York Times did in November.

Young Nick records a Minnesota whistleblower named only “David:”
“I see these child care centers and there’s never any kids there, just a couple of guys outside smoking. I looked, this place was licensed for 80 children they never had any children. All these transportation companies had Somalis driving — non-emergency medical transportation … there are 1,020 of them and more than 800 are Somali owned; no one ever cross checks to see if any rides were provided; all they do is write the checks.
“They vote as a block; that’s what it’s all about. … I’m so tired of ‘Minnesota nice.’ There are people are so afraid of being called a racist or an Islamophobe. … The fraud is worse here than any other place.”
But social media (as so often these days) is bristling with sharp japery. Tony Soprano driving to a no-work job site laments that he didn’t get into the daycare scam. Photo of a rare exotic automobile: “You’ll never know if I start up a Somali learning center, but there will be signs.” “The Babylon Bee would like to inform Tim Walz that we are now a daycare center.”

All because Joe Biden and congressional Democrats couldn’t push the money out fast enough. It’s an indictment of the metastasized, ask-no-questions welfare state. More victims, please!
Democrats who were counting on an off-year comeback should think again. Republicans just got a leg-up in their bid to replace Tony Evers. Today, Tom Tiffany alleged,
Medicaid fraud review: BLOCKED by Wisconsin Democrats. Food stamp fraud review: BLOCKED by Wisconsin Democrats. Voter roll fraud review: BLOCKED by Wisconsin Democrats.
Are they hiding Minnesota-level fraud in Wisconsin? In Dane County? The People of Wisconsin deserve transparency and accountability.Like we said, this thing has legs.
Blaska’s Bottom Line: Hard to argue “affordability” when Democrats are financing fraud!

No need for an audit. That couldn’t happen here. My elected progressive representatives told me so. Case closed.
Import (illegal) aliens, pay them (welfare, housing, medical, cell phones) and ask them to vote for you. Vola! Instant California, a single party state like Musk warned about.
I hope you’re right Dave. I’m worried that despite the facts, libs will continue to vote with emotion (orange man/republicans bad) and not their head.
Please audit Urban Triage next. Our progressive elected officials are too cowardly to call for that because they’re terrified of what it would uncover. They can’t stand the thought of owning up to a fraud scandal on their watch while the voters are still pissed about their property taxes skyrocketing.
Until the money is clawed back, the fraud prosecuted, the income declared and the citizenship vetted its all just more mush from the Uniparty.
Is there a Republican in the world?
92 fraudsters prosecuted, 87 are Somali. How is this NOT racial profiling? White Supremacy? RAYcism?
Now we see why the Left had to train the firehose of hate on Elon Musk.
“Learing” Center. Sounds like an activity on Epstein’s island that Bill Clinton, et al., would engage in. Yet, still misspelled.

Ironic that one of the “providers” in that picture is holding a fire extinguisher. There aren’t enough fire extinguishers in the world to quench this scandal.
The Dems don’t ever want you to know where the money goes. As long as it’s buying votes or coming back around into their campaign coffers that is all they want. Why do you think they were so mad when Elon Musk and DOGE showed all the fraud in USAID or the US Treasury signing checks without recording who they went to or for what. Old saying ” follow the money ” and find out what the government doesn’t want you to know.
The social justice gravy train in Dane County hides in plain sight. It is the collection of non-profits that tap into city, county and state governments. They are not necessarily defrauding government in the way you might think. The smart way to do it is to follow the rules, get the contract and then loot the non-profit. Or at least overpay the principals with exorbitant salaries, perks and questionable spending. Brandi at Urban Triage took in almost $300,000 in salary. I heard she also took a paid trip to San Juan for a couple of weeks at a luxury resort there, with her extended family. San Juan is expensive. I guess Mom is on her board of directors. Monica S. at Freedom Inc had a salary of $500,000 at one time and was cited by their auditors for inadequate documentation of expenditures, and questionable spending. And I recently saw a reference to an ex-alder, Tim Bruer, who left the city council years ago and runs a non-profit that handles some other aspect of housing. They casually mentioned that his annual salary is now $700,000!! As long as government allows these organizations to stack their boards with insiders and relatives, this will continue. The audits that are required, (and yes, they are required,) will only point out what rules they break. They don’t comment on things like executive salaries or why a Madison housing non-profit needs to take an expensive trip to Puerto Rico.
What you subsidize you get more of.
What you tax you get less of.
There is no stolen land on stolen land.
That’s a wrap! See you all in 2026!
Back in 2010 President Obama, Senator Schumer and Representative Pelosi all talked about saving Medicare and Medicaid by getting rid of waste, fraud and abuse. They even suggested auditing government departments. I guess 15 years later everything has changed.
