exposing the myth of the ‘school-to-prison pipeline’?
Teen carjacking #1: On Wednesday (02-06-19), at 4:28 p.m. at the intersection of Fish Hatchery Road and Emil Street.
Arrested:
- Male, age 16, Madison. Driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, hit-and-run causing injury, failing to obey traffic signal, and driving without a valid driver’s license.
- Nathaniel R. Douglas, age 19, Madison. Douglas was arrested for being a passenger in a stolen car and felony bail jumping.
- Isiah M. Ali, age 17, Madison. Ali was arrested for being a passenger in a stolen car and felony bail jumping.
- Male, age 14, Sun Prairie. Teen was arrested for being a passenger in a stolen car.
Victim: Female, age 54, Madison
Details: A 54-year-old Madison woman suffered minor injuries when teens, joyriding in a stolen car, blew a red light and slammed into her car yesterday afternoon. The crash happened at the intersection of Fish Hatchery Rd. and Emil St. The teens took off running. MPD South District officers, joined by the South District Community Police Team, were quickly on the scene and were able to chase the foursome down.
All are part of a group that has gained media attention in recent months for an ongoing crime spree that includes numerous cars being stolen. The car taken in this case – a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan – was parked on Regent Street last Friday when it went missing. Found inside, following the crash, were a number of items that do not belong to the victim. They include: a knife, ski mask, gifts cards, and a Waunakee man’s credit cards.
The Waunakee man recently had his home burglarized.
Teen carjacking #2: Capital Newspapers reports: A traffic stop on a car going erratically down a Monona street resulted in the arrest of two 17-year-old males on drug and gun charges.
The incident happened Tuesday night at about 10:30 p.m. in the West Broadway and Frazier Avenue area, Monona police said.
The driver of the BMW sedan was tentatively charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and carrying a concealed weapon, while the passenger was tentatively charged with carrying a concealed weapon, obstructing an officer and possession of marijuana.
Police found two handguns, ammunition, a spent shell casing and a large amount of marijuana in the BMW.

Mr. Lesiak, I’m not political, I don’t know you nor do I know who Vos and Fitz are, but I do care a GREAT deal about what happens to these kids and how to get them to STOP. Personally I think every last one of them should be held accountable for every bit of damage they have caused: physically, emotionally and financially.
Before you respond you should know, I am the 54 year old female victim they plowed into, so please whatever your intended response may be, keep it to yourself!
FYI turns out my injuries were not so minor….so before you continue on with whatever agenda you are trying to prove here remember YOU DO NOT have all the facts and have no business making flippant remarks that victim might see.

I am sorry that happened to you WLL! It could have been any of us. Our family was a victim of this particular cohort of individuals through home robbery although ours occurred in 2015 on the SW side of Madison. Dane County residents deserve more than this for what we pay in taxes!

Let’s not forget John Chisholm’s 20-y-o kid who is now “Chief of Staff” for the new Milwaukee County Sheriff–after the kid ran said Sheriff’s campaign. The kid will earn $80K/year plus extremely generous County benefits. John Chisholm’s major achievement in life is getting swatted down by FIVE COURTS for his deracinated persecution of (R) activists.
But obviously, Chisholm’s kid deserves the position, which is brand-new and was never needed before by any Milwaukee County Sheriff.

If a Madison pet owner allowed his pit bull dogs to roam around freely in public, cause mayhem and endanger the public safety, the law would be down on them like the plague. These offending kids are definitely not “animals”, but they are being allowed to freely roam and act like vicious animals, which is tantamount to actually treating them like they are animals. Teen car-jacking #1:
“Four people who’ve been involved in a CAR THEFT SPREE in the Madison area in recent months crashed a stolen car into another car on the South Side Wednesday, with the driver of the hit car suffering minor injuries.” (caps mine)
What’s the big deal? At ~ 04:30 p.m., the 17, 16, & 14 year-old had likely just completed their day’s classes and were blowing off a little steam….right?
The 19 year-old? Juuuuust using a Gap Year to discover his true calling.
But those are mere hypotheticals.
The REAL underlying cause (per Li’l Jeffy) is the lax parenting of our thrice-elected former Governor Walker which virtually led to an unconscionable single offense by his son, which should have been dealt with, at the very minimum, life-at-hard-labor-without-parole.
Not only that, but this blatant abuse of White Privilege/White Supremacy BS (H/T Toriana Pettaway!) signaled a permissiveness which made habitual breaking of the law acceptable by others, literally forcing them to commit multiple offenses on a continual basis.
Taking ALL that into account, I’ve little doubt that DA Ismael Ozanne and his partner in cri…um…Restorative Justice Dane County Circuit Court Judge Everett Mitchell will do the right thing:

The school behavior plans are so bad that the bad judgement seemingly criminal prone ignorant teens are being taught at a very impressionable age that the punishments they get are uninspiring, not bad enough to make them to want to change their behavior.
