Blaska Policy Werkes

David Blaska, going out of his way to provoke progressives in Madison WI to make America safe for democracy!

From his cold, frost-bitten hands!

He was mad as hell and
wasn’t going to take it any more!

It was bound to happen and — it sez here — will again. Thieves break into a garage late at night intent on larceny. Homeowner — already once victimized — is tired of filing reports with the gendarmes. Instead, pursues the thieves and wreaks righteous vengeance. Retrieves stolen goods. This one-half hour Quinn-Martin drama occurred Monday on Madison’s east side.

Only these weren’t teens jacking yet another Lexus. The thieves had taken the man’s snowblower. FROM HIS HOME! (Where his children play with their toys. ) The homeowner told police he saw two people steal the snow clearance device from his garage on S. Walbridge Ave. and began following them in his pickup truck. (Of course!) Mr. Outraged Homeowner admitted, according to the police report, that he intentionally T-boned the driver’s side of their car as the suspects turned onto Wittwer Road from Milwaukee Street for their getaway.

The man and woman in the car were seriously hurt and hospitalized but police say they’ll live to be charged with burglary. They had stashed the snowblower in their trunk. Official police press release doesn’t divulge how the burglars knew the man owned a snowblower; may have been the immaculate driveway. Apparently, there wasn’t anything more interesting in the garage, like a set of socket wrenches or a spare catalytic converter.

As for Mr. Homeowner, he was charged with recklessly endangering safety in the second degree. Told police he recently been victimized by a previous burglary and — judging by his actions — wasn’t going to take it any more. Not told what was taken in the previous burglary; maybe the big snowblower. In any event, Mr. Homeowner did the right thing by calling police, which he may have done while pursuing the burglars.

For some reason, Madison Police names the victim of the burglary but not the two burglars. No word on who’s going to clear snow from their property. Not likely to be Mr. Outraged Homeowner. We’re guessing neither party left insurance cards on each other’s windshields.

Blaska’s Bottom Line: Waiting whose knuckles gets rapped the hardest. We’ve been predicting that some resident is going to take the law into his own hands but we never thought it would be over a snowblower. Especially one small enough to fit in the trunk of a car. Only in Wisconsin, eh?

Would the castle doctrine cover this?

Pretty smart t-boning the car. A rear end would have damaged the snowblower. The home owner should just claim “legit political discourse” in court.

While Mr. Homeowner will most likely be prosecuted to the max, I’m fairly confident the perps will be released without bail (even if they both have lengthy interactions with the justice system) to continue on their merry way to commit crimes and mayhem in this lovely Equity Capitol of Madison.

I predict this will happen more and more often and with increasing severity. The officials here in Madison are increasingly more and more in la la land. Since they won’t do anything about the crime problems in this city, the people of this city will. You want more guns on the streets? Guarantee you will see more and more crimes committed with guns. Hey, we could become little Chicago with 70 murders so far this year. https://heyjackass.com/

Well Madam Mayor, Chief Barnes, City Council; what’s your plan to reduce crime in this city?

  8. I heard on 27 news that the thieves were breaking in and stealing from his elderly father’s garage. If I remember correctly I think the elderly father had posted the first snow blower online, I think to sell it, just before it was stolen then posted a photo of the new one after he got it and then that one was stolen. The son said in an interview something like he was trying to keep his father safe by perusing the thieves because the police haven’t done anything. I don’t condone what the son did when he T-Boned the car, he made a bad choice and now he’s going to suffer the consequences.

I’m just waiting for a couple of home owners to shoot down a some violent intruders after they get into their home. When an imminent violent threat is confronting you, the police can’t be there so learn to protect yourself.

When seconds count the police are minutes away.

That’s an absurd question and the answer is no.

Here’s your own words coming back to haunt you again

“For the love of god, if you can’t post anything that adds to the conversation then STFU.”

          That’s a PROPAGANDA LIE!!!

The guy was awaken by yelling police officers, he emerged from his blanket with a pistol, he pointed that pistol at police, he was shot, and now he’s dead.

The video is proof of what I wrote, what Richard wrote is a propaganda lie.

He was awakened by the sound of the door being kicked in. Grabbed a gun because he was frightened. Just like YOU would do. How about using some of that high tech B.S. before you put bullets in someone. What “propaganda” am I spreading stevie? No Knock is bullshit and everyone knows it. What would you do if the gazpacho police kicked your door in? But; you don’t have to worry about that because you’re a fat, old, rich white guy.

Don’t try to back track on this, you lying fool! Your original comment was “Minneapolis…no knock warrant ..sleeping… bang…dead guy” and that’s a very intentional propaganda lie by omission that intentionally leaves out the part where the person shot by police had a pistol and he pointed that pistol at the police, he was a mortal threat to the police and the video evidence proves that fact. You’re a lying propaganda parrot, but you presenting intentional lies in your comments around here is nothing new.

richard lesiak wrote, “No Knock is bullshit and everyone knows it.”

I’m not in favor of no-knock warrants except under the most extreme conditions when trying to apprehend a very violent criminal that has repeatedly shown themself to be armed and dangerous and this situation simply doesn’t fit the bill for me. As a general rule; when people hear commands from police it’s foolish to grab a firearm and become a mortal threat by pointing that firearm at the police. I think the evidence shows that the police did everything by the book, the shooting is justified under the law and the shooting police officer will be exonerated and rightfully so. The problem comes with the immoral anti-police bigots and racists in the court of public opinion, where facts be damned, that will do everything they can to destroy the life of the shooting police officer while they immorally rationalize and/or intentionally try to suppress the actual threatening actions of the person shot. The unbridled propaganda narrative pattern shown by anti-police bigots and racists is transparently obvious…

          1. Blacks are special and they’re always right.
          2. Police are pigs and they’re always wrong when dealing with blacks.
          3. Wrong is evil.
          4. Evil must be destroyed.

…that’s the dead end of the immoral anti-police bigots and racists ability to think critically. Choosing to parrot the facts be damned immoral lying propaganda of anti-police bigots and racists has consequences.

richard lesiak wrote, ” But; you don’t have to worry about that because you’re a fat, old, rich white guy.”

      2. The deceased happened to be crashing on the couch of an apartment in which a suspect under indictment was living. When the cops burst in, he rolled out from under a blanked with a gun in his hand. Bang bang bang. Three rounds.

I would think that it must really worry the people who are in charge of providing the Governor and Lt. Governor with protection. After all, driving down East Washington Ave. in order to get to the state capitol has become somewhat of a gamble with some of the crazies who share the roads around Madison. With them driving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed, one can never know what will happen.

All it takes is one stupid mistake to cause a really bad traffic accident. Like I’ve said before, your fault, my fault, nobody’s fault, your reckless driving at a high rate of speed could cause you or someone else to be seriously injured or die.

If these punks had to face more than getting let loose with just a signature bond and actually had to serve a week or two in jail perhaps they might think about the consequences of their actions. Same goes for more serious crimes with actual jail time being served.

    All,

I don’t know enough about this but I think this would be a good idea if it is legal and enforceable in the United States and the State of Wisconsin. Check this out.

“Surety bonds provide financial guarantees that bondholders such as public officials, companies, contractors, or unions will uphold their contracts according to mutual terms.

Surety bonds protect WE THE PEOPLE from fraud and malpractice. When a bondholder breaks a bond’s terms, the harmed party can make a claim on the bond to recover losses.”
    https://bondsforthewin.com/

If this is Legal and Enforceable in the United States and the State of Wisconsin this may be the way that we the people can force our public officials to DO THEIR JOBS! And protect we the people from the scum that is destroying our fair city, state and nation.

Legal Beagles, could you let us know if this is something we the people could use to take down and replace the judges and court commissioners, city council members, school board members, mayors and other elected officials that refuse to follow the constitution of the United States and the State of Wisconsin.

I for one would like to know.

    Thank you.
