Blaska Policy Werkes

David Blaska, going out of his way to provoke progressives in Madison WI to make America safe for democracy!

Brandi Grayson loves her criminals

Now everyone is breaking windows!

Who is Brandi Grayson? She is Urban Triage, one of scores of social justice boutiques that close down busy thoroughfares at taxpayer expense. Taxpayers are paying her to start BLM chapters in Madison’s public schools.

Ms. Grayson led the Derail the Jail campaign five years ago (Seems to be working; jail still not built) and Justice for Tony Robinson before that. Brandi is Defund the Police and Cops Out of Schools, and Reparations. But wait, there’s more. She demands: Release all incarcerated Black people from jail!” Even this guy?

Brandi Grayson is also a candidate for alder in the 14th District on Madison’s south side. She is running against Ald. Sheri Carter, who is also Black but not the right kind of Black. The problem? Ald. Carter isn’t a racist.

Who are Brandi Grayson’s heroes?

One of them is the guy that stole the head of a statue of Civil War slavery abolitionist Hans Christian Heg during the BLM days of rage last summer. Police caught the guy and (mirabile dictu!) prosecutors charged him. VOILA! Brandi Grayson and Madison’s hard Left have a new hero/martyr to go along with knife-wielding Jacob Blake and the guy wielding a baseball bat and bullhorn who extorted downtown businesses or face BLM destruction.

In arresting the head hunter, “police are doing exactly what they were created to do: hunt down Black bodies that cause too much trouble.”

Brandi Grayson

Brandi tries for moral equivalence by alleging (against all  evidence) that the White insurrectionists at the nation’s Capitol 01-06-21 are being given a free pass.

After the kristallnacht on State Street at the end of May 2020, Brandi exulted: “We had a great protest. Now white folks are downtown breaking windows!”  She and Freedom Inc. and the revolutionary socialists raised bail for the looters.

Spoiling for a fight

Capitol police and the FBI are warning everyone to stay away from the Wisconsin Capitol up to Wednesday’s 01-20-21 Presidential inauguration in D.C. As Pavlov might predict, Grayson’s Urban Triage will show up on Monday 01-18-21. along with Progressive Dane, Allies for Black Lives, Bernie’s Socialists, and Madison’s paramilitary * Wobblies (“IWW General Defense Committee local 100.”) Purpose: to oppose “the fascist presence in our local community and across the country.”

The tactics used are determined solely by the power of the organization to make good in their use. The question of “right” and “wrong” does not concern us.

Mark these words: Brandi Grayson will win the endorsement of Progressive Dane and — judging by the worshipful press given her — The Capital Times, too.  Just like Alds. Mad Max Prestigiacomo (“F-bomb S * * * up!”) and Rebecca Kemble did.

Blaska’s Bottom LineIn our more peevish moments, we say Madison deserves them.

How much worse does it have to get?

When Progressive administrators, and the people who put them in power, lower academic standards and change school curriculum, they improve the perceived GPA, and gain valuable indoctrination opportunities. This comes at the sacrifice of the quality of the child’s education, which is NOT their priority.

When they remove SRO’s and lower the standards of discipline, they reduce expulsions and suspensions. This comes at the sacrifice of the safety, and possibly the lives of children, which are NOT their priorities..

When they enact “social justice” measures, seek to hamstring Police, and excuse lawlessness, they reduce arrests and incarcerations. This comes at the cost of theft and destruction of property, and loss of lives, which are NOT their priorities.

When Brandi (with her accomplices) whips crowds into a frenzy on the basis of a lie (systemic racism), then sends them on missions of intimidation and provocation against armed police and civilians, she does so to gain POWER and MONEY. She risks the lives of her followers in a potential bloodbath, but that’s Not her priority.

ProgDa and their allies chant “Black Lives Matter”, while the bodies of men, women, and children killed in violence on the nation’s streets are stacked like cord wood, they aren’t a priority.

NO ONE who thinks like this is fit to hold office. The stranglehold they have on you must be broken. Make this YOUR priority.

    pANTIFArts,

I read this really great quote from Joseph Sobran which reads: “In 100 years we have gone from teaching Latin and Greek in high school to teaching Remedial English in college.”

Another way of looking at this is defined by another quote from the movie Forest Gump which goes as follows: “Stupid is as Stupid does.”

Point is that people like the Brandi Grayson’s of the world do not realize that they are but mere pawns in the game. Easily wasted in order to achieve the power that those in control really want.

Once that power is achieved, the Brandi Grayson’s of the world will most likely end up in a concentration camp or with a bullet to the back of the head as those who are really in control do not “Share” power with the great unwashed.

    All,

Isn’t it interesting. This is what we get from Channel 3000: “Downtown Madison is preparing for the possibility of violent protests linked to right-wing extremist groups.

This week, Madison police said while they were not aware of any specific threats towards the state capitol building or other downtown areas, they were aware of a protest taking place mid-day.”
    https://www.channel3000.com/downtown-madison-braces-for-possible-sunday-protests/

Nary a mention of the people that will be putting on this protest.

I wonder; if those protesting decide to get violent, throw rocks through windows, smash things, get into fights with the police and National Guard, injure or even kill people, will anyone demand that Brandi Grayson and the other people who are responsible for organizing this “peaceful protest” be held accountable?

I mean, if you are going as far as impeaching a President of the United States for supposedly inciting violence at the Capitol when the words he used and the time line involved clearly shows he did not, well if your going to do that, shouldn’t she be held accountable?

I was totally on board with what you wrote — up until the last sentence. You say that Trump’s words “clearly shows he did not” intend to incite violence. I think the truth is a lot less clear. Verbatim from the transcript:

      ————————
And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.

Our exciting adventures and boldest endeavors have not yet begun. My fellow Americans, for our movement, for our children, and for our beloved country.

And I say this despite all that’s happened. The best is yet to come.

So we’re going to, we’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I love Pennsylvania Avenue. And we’re going to the Capitol, and we’re going to try and give.
      ————————

He didn’t say we’re going to “protest like hell” or “yell like hell”. He specifically used the word Fight. Then he implored them to march to the Capitol. I don’t believe this type of speech is 1st-Ammendment protected for you, me, BLM, Trump, or anyone else.

        nathanemarks,

I think you are the one misquoting the President. Read this from a monolog that Dan O’Donnel did on his radio show:
        https://newstalk1130.iheart.com/featured/common-sense-central/content/2021-01-11-trump-didnt-incite-a-riot-youre-being-dishonest-if-you-claim-he-did/

“President Trump most certainly did not incited either a riot or violent insurrection during his speech on the National Mall on Wednesday, and any effort to impeach him over it would be a gross abuse of Congressional power by essentially criminalizing protected political speech.

Yes, everything the President said on Wednesday–every last word–was protected political speech.

For speech to rise to the level of incitement and thus be criminal, it must pass a two-pronged test established in Brandenburg v. Ohio, a 1969 U.S. Supreme Court case that determined that a Ku Klux Klan leader could not be punished for a speech he gave to members under the state’s criminal syndicalism law.

Speech, the Court held, can only be criminalized as incitement if it is “directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.”

At no point during his hourlong speech did President Trump direct or incited lawless action. In fact, he urged the exact opposite.

“”We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated, lawfully slated,” he said. “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.””

This, of course, is Constitutionally protected behavior as both political speech, peaceable assembly, and even a petition of the government for the redress of grievances.

“”So we’re going to, we’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, I love Pennsylvania Avenue, and we’re going to the Capitol and we’re going to try and give… The Democrats are hopeless. They’re never voting for anything, not even one vote. But we’re going to try and give our Republicans, the weak ones, because the strong ones don’t need any of our help, we’re going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country,” the President concluded. “So let’s walk down Pennsylvania Avenue.””

This speech was directed toward producing imminent lawful and Constitutionally protected protest, not lawless action. Moreover, it could not be seriously argued that it would be likely to incite or produce lawless action. It was likely to produce…a walk down Pennsylvania Avenue for a protest at the Capitol.

Since this is not a lawless activity and is in fact protected by the First Amendment, criminalizing it through impeachment would set a wholly indefensible and downright dangerous precedent.”

I’m sorry, but the word “fight” (after the words “I”, “Me” and “The Rich”) is one of the most common words to come out of a politician’s mouth. Think about it, (you know I’m right). That said, Joe Biden does mix it up a bit. When he “fights” Domestic Abuse, he keeps “hitting it, and hitting it, and hitting it”.

For you, or anyone, to be so literal with Trumps words, you must first establish exactly how “hell fights”. Only then could you carry out his “command”.

I’m fighting like hell to see your point, but you’re killing me here.

You are definitely right, Trump did not literally say “fight and beat them to a bloody pulp until they die”. To interpret Trump’s intent – one needs to consider the larger context.

Within the context of (your example) Domestic Abuse, “Fight” has a much different meaning. Domestic Abuse is roundly/universally condemned. There’s no argument that it is something that should be fought.

On the other hand – when you consider the context surrounding the “election fraud” narrative that Trump has perpetuated to his followers and also, even more importantly, the nature of what was happening in the Capitol that day – I think you can make a strong argument that Trump was attempting to incite physical violence against the legislators certifying the votes against him.

At a minimum, this not a CLEAR case of anything. (per the original post)

“He specifically used the word Fight.”

The word “fight” in this context is a figure of speech. I took it to mean “fight back” as in “We need to fight back against the corruption.”

People say stuff like this all the time. And I think most lucid people take it to mean that we’re going to fight using peaceful and lawful means.

“Then he implored them to march to the Capitol.”

Perhaps not the best idea given the country’s divisions, but then again, up until now, Trump rallies have been peaceful. Who could have predicted this?

Besides, marching and protesting is a right. Conservatives, specifically Trump supporters have felt (and been) marginalized, silenced, canceled, and attacked for a long time. This was a way to express that frustration and to call out what many of us perceived as a fraudulent election. Calling us idiots and fascists without providing evidence to back up those statements certainly didn’t help.

“I don’t believe this type of speech is 1st-Ammendment protected for you, me, BLM, Trump, or anyone else.

        It is protected.

The following examples, however, are questionable.

“We’re going to F this town up.”

        “There’s going to be bloodshed.”

“Get in their faces whenever you see them.”

“Anti-Trump Warriors, get out there and fight. You know what to do.”

Attorney Kristen Clarke (DementiaJoe’s choice for Assistant AG/Civil Rights Division/DoJ) makes a pretty strong argument, if inadvertently, for eliminating racial quotas, set asides, AA, Black Lies Matter, and all other “field-leveling” efforts.

As President of the Harvard Black Student’s Union, she wrote a 1994 letter to The Harvard Crimson explaining some rather…um…interesting views on race science, along with some incurious capital/lower case lettering choices. (bolded/italicized throughout)

“Please use the following theories and observations to assist you in your search for truth regarding the genetic differences between Blacks and whites [sic]:

“One: Dr Richard King reveals that the core of the human brain is the ‘locus coeruleus,’ which is a structure that is Black, because it contains large amounts of neuro-melanin, which is essential for its operation.

“Two: Black infants sit, crawl and walk sooner than whites [sic].

“Three: Carol Barnes notes that human mental processes are controlled by melanin — that same chemical which gives Blacks their superior physical and mental abilities.

“Four: Some scientists have revealed that most whites [sic] are unable to produce melanin because their pineal glands are often calcified or non-functioning. Pineal calcification rates with Africans are five to 15 percent [sic], Asians 15 to 25 percent [sic] and Europeans 60 to 80 percent [sic]. This is the chemical basis for the cultural differences between Blacks and whites [sic].

“Five: Melanin endows Blacks with greater mental, physical and spiritual abilitiesSOMETHING WHICH CANNOT BE MEASURED BASED ON EUROCENTRIC STANDARDS.” (bolds/caps/italics mine)

    All,

Another thing. As Dave so aptly pointed out, Brandi wants all People who are Black released from jails. https://davidblaska.com/2020/06/01/madison-is-not-done-burning-just-yet/

    Hmmmm,
So Brandi, let me ask you a question.

Let us suppose a Black Man breaks into a house or apartment of a Black Woman, brutally beats her up, rapes her, then pours lighter fluid on her and sets her on fire. She somehow survives this terrible ordeal but has to spend the rest of her life dealing not only being beaten, then raped but also the burns on her body and the disfiguration they caused. But more importantly the mental trauma of what he did to her.

Now, the question is: If you want to free all Black People from jail, would you include him?

More importantly, would you want him to move in just down the street from where you live?

See I believe this example shows, he should never ever get out of jail.
Just like I believe that 16 year old white guy from Albany Wisconsin who took his 5 day old daughter and put her down in the snow to let her die of exposure but then shot her in the head should never ever get out of jail. EVER!

Despite him being a 16 year old, that P.O.S. should be sent to Waupun State prison for the rest of his life, where I’m sure he will have a good time getting sold to different prisoners from time to time, each time for a pack of cigarettes.

To him, all I can say is: Did you ever see the movie Deliverance?

See, it doesn’t matter what the person’s skin color is. Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong.

If all this was based on that obviously forged flyer (it looked almost exactly like a BLM flyer) I wonder if we haven’t all been played like suckers.

I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow (Monday) and later in the week, but the ONLY organized protest anyone can point to is — surprise, surprise — the BLM one tomorrow.

WARNING- The following may contain “problematic” material.

It seems like all the holidays each have a food associated with them. New Years Day – (Alka-Seltzer and Bloody Marys), Valentine’s- (chocolate), St Paddy’s-(corned beef), Easter- (jelly beans?), MemDay +July 4 +Labor Day-(anything on a grill), Halloween-(candy), Thanksgiving-(turkey), Christmas-(turkey?ham?) But one essential food was missing.

Some years back we got a NEW holiday in “Martin Luther King Day”, and I saw “opportunity” staring me in the face. So I did an internet search to find out what M L King’s absolute, most favorite food was. The Gods Smiled On Me!!! —his favorite food of all time was FRIED CHICKEN (and pecan pie). For the last 20 years, or so, buckets of chicken have been a family tradition in our house on this day. I invite all of you to join me in this tomorrow. Its a delicious way to truly honor and remember the man, and tweek the “perpetually offended” at the same time.

Can’t wait to tell Urban Triage, BLM, et al, about my discovery. (wish I could find one for pizza)
