Blaska Policy Werkes

David Blaska, going out of his way to provoke progressives in Madison WI to make America safe for democracy!

Please save me, oh all-puissant White Man!

Sorry, we’re having trouble saving ourselves!

A modest proposal: Replace those vapid, virtue-signaling “Black Lives Matter” signs with something more constructive, like: “Listen to Your Teachers.” Good advice regardless of race. Which is the point.

The notion that Madison WI discriminates against, degrades, objectifies, shuns et cetera people of color is absurd. “White privilege” is a blood libel. “Institutional racism” is a sham, a cover story for the absence of substantial real-life racial enmity. So much so that scammers like Althea Bernstein feel compelled to invent out of whole cloth racial  victimhood. (“Four classic Wisconsin frat boys,” indeed!)

We have long argued the progressive project requires victims as its essential feedstock. Running short of the real thing, the Movement must invent victims — which explains the long parade of Jussie Smolletts.

What racial animus remains is largely the product of the grievance mongering that blames police, teachers, elected government, society, and long-ago history for personal failure.

Shelby Steele is not fooled. His latest essay is must reading. “The inauthenticity behind Black Lives Matter:

Whites need Blacks they can save to prove their innocence of racism. Blacks must put themselves forward as victims the better to make their case for entitlements.

This is a corruption because it makes Black suffering into a moral power to be wielded, rather than a condition to be overcome. This is the power that Blacks discovered in the ’60s. It gained us a War on Poverty, affirmative action, school busing, public housing and so on. But it also seduced us into turning our identity into a virtual cult of victimization — as if our persecution was our eternal flame, the deepest truth of who we are, a tragic fate we trade on. …

Yet there is an elephant in the room. It is simply that we Blacks aren’t much victimized any more. Today we are free to build a life that won’t be stunted by racial persecution. Today we are far more likely to encounter racial preferences than racial discrimination. Moreover, we live in a society that generally shows us goodwill — a society that has isolated racism as its most unforgivable sin.

“‘Defund the police’ is killing our party, and we’ve got to stop it,” House Democrat(ic) whip James Clyburn said shortly after the November 3 election. — CBS News.

Blaska’s Bottom Line: There’s something wrong with a movement that makes heroes out of victims. In a sane world, adversity is something to overcome, not celebrated. Black people can succeed only when White people fess up? Pony up for More Free Stuff? That is what real racism looks like!

Who do YOU blame?

So this isn’t Ad Hominem????? Give us all a break. Gotch doesn’t have my or anyone’s number. All he has is his thesaurus and those can be bought at any five and dime store.
    So this isn’t Ad Hominem?????

THIS IS GOTTCH’S POST: (like a whining baby!!)
“Their dangerous, yet voluntary, immersion into a catatonic, apoplectic, pillow-biting, pants $#!tting, bed wetting, wind-sucking, chest palpitating, vital sign ramping, mouth-breathing, fist-pounding, foot stomping, safe-space seeking, triggering, weenie-whiny, simpering-whimpering, complete metaphysical, emotional, existential, psychological, philosophical, full-throated, freaking out, melting down, totally collapsing free-fall made breathtaking imbecility seem like safe haven.” End of Gotch’s non-Ad Hominem post.

Why don’t you, Gotch, Batman, Gg Mo, Steve, and Alberticus find a run-down bar in very rural Dane County, as rural as you can find, and bring your conspiracy theory bullshit in bucket loads through the front door. Eat some pickled pigs feet, suck a few eggs and comfort each other in the belief that Trump really won the election and shit flies on eagle’s wings.

This is Madison. That little, erm, situation got swept under the rug months ago.

In Madison it is impolite to ever refer to this most unseemly non-incident again. The FBI and police found nothing. The hi-def full color street cameras tracked the gal and her car driving thru town.

That was the night of one of the riots, remember, including a firebombing of the City- County Bldg…. with, wait for it…. Lighter fluid.

This ‘nonincident’ was briskly swept under the same rug along with the 2 white doctors murdered in the Arboretum by 2 black teens for whom Madison handed every favor it could think of including a photo-op with Mayor Satyaphatassdown. It also goes under the same rug where said photo was shoved. Along with the likely-fake hate notes posted on the dorm room of a loudmouth minority YW student who got a 4 year free ride.

That rug is old and worn and has many many lumps from all that we in Madison have shoved under it over the years.

As for Justhea Smollstein, we shall never speak of her again.

Anyone who questions Althea Bernstein’s story is guilty of racism, sexism, and antisemitism. (only ONE of which is approved of in Progressive circles)

The Left is not asking you to overlook their lies, its more complicated than that. Progressive POC, women, and non-cisgendered persons, (being oppressed groups) are all incapable of “lying” per se. Instead, they are entitled to their own “truths”, and those “truths” should be respected by the oppressors as being equally valid. Strangely enough, CONSERVATIVE POC, women, and non-cisgendered people are NOT oppressed, and are extended no similar entitlements. They are seen as liars and “traitors to the cause” and need to be silenced. Thus, those who identify as “oppressed” also identify as “Liberal”, and those who DON’T consider themselves as being “oppressed” suffer their only oppression from Liberals. —weird ! —

      2. Which one is approved ? If the “victims”, hoaxers, and “Leaders” all fit (most of the time) the criteria to host the petard (ad hominem word-weapons) of “calling-out” “racist”, “sexist”, and “anti-semite NAZI !”; which “One” is “approved” ? If the self-hating “white” leaders at the ADL, SPLC etc are ALL calling for an “end to systemic white privelege”……? Which ONE do they approve ? Name that “One”. I dare you.

Hmm. Are you now, or have you ever been, a typical white Wisconsin frat boy? Eh?

Lying to the police and possibly the FBI is a crime or not a crime depending on who you are, who your family is and of course the color of your skin. Black Lies Don’t Matter.

Nothing to see, citizen, just move along. Move on. Nothing to see. Nothing! Nothing!

Amos, if you are going to drag Batman into your objection at least do not mischaracterize what I wrote to bolster your argument.
I actually wrote, *having some fun in the process*, not “because it’s so fun for those engaging in it.” Different connotation.

There is a significant difference between unruly disruptive students in the classroom and what goes on here. Not dismissing your argument altogether but that isn’t a very good analogy and please do not hesitate to quote the Batman comments you find objectionable.

I’m sorry Batman, I fail to see any problem at all with either the fun thing or my analogy. But that may be me. Others can make their own judgement about that.

I also do think my comment about arrested mental development is highly apropos, and why the general level of irony here is so high when some of these posters make their comments regarding appropriate behavior by children in our public schools.

FWIW, I’ve never found your posts objectionable.

      Thanks.

The Gotch has had pleasant back-n-forth exchanges with varied-n-many posters here too numerous to mention, ironically even with you [more on that in a bit]); ******* ****** has had none.

Between running, walking, and tending his property and those of others, he’d bet dollars to…um…donuts that he spends more time outdoors than both you and Ravenoaks, et al, put together.

This last exchange with you will be an observation; you take yourself FAR too seriously!

Actually not true Gotch. I take the lives of 11 yr old girls more seriously than my own ego.
And I make no apologies for that.

AR: Your stated impression of Steve that he wants the moderator to censor the posts of people he and his friends don’t like is inaccurate. Hasn’t Steve said, quoting now, “Participants shouldn’t be offended if their comment(s) is deleted, I know I’m not. This is Dave’s blog and how he moderates his blog is his choice.”

And really, this excellent blog is not “a matter of life and death” as you have opined, AR. I would say it is one source of refreshing creativity and information for citizens of all political stripes.

AR: My interpretation is logical. So is yours, if what you mean is this blog works to support police, law and order etc., thereby saving lives. A few platforms ago there was a commenter who reminded readers that Wisconsin people know how to use guns. That could be construed as urging violence. Overall PolicyWerkes is a brilliant undertaking. Participating in it sure beats sitting around watching my cat lick her butt.

VinW, I thought that you were originally referring to what I, Amos Roe, meant by “life and death.” Given that I was the one making the comment, it’s probably logical to go with what I am telling you I meant, since you won’t take David’s word for it. Capeesh?! 🙂

Regarding that commentator, BTW, you may have missed that both I and Gg Mo called them out as a possible Fed who was wasting (?) their time and our tax dollars on cluttering up this blog.

Give your pussy cat a scratch and a pat on the head for me. Remember that it’s that self-sufficiently, so prized here on PolicyWerkes, which makes them special. And don’t listen to the head groundskeeper if he now tells you he only likes dogs. It’s my spin and I’m sticking to it.

BTW, happy to use here the one gender revision language laws whose time has come. Even the Brown Shirts have their occasional merits.

Hope you and your cat, along with any less important critters, have a blessed Thanksgiving.
