Madison city managers taught that MAGA is racist

Blaska Policy Werkes is 94.5% effective.

Job security, a decent pension, no heavy lifting. Nevertheless, we do pity managers at Madison city hall. For they must kowtow to the progressive party line, lest they incur the displeasure of Mayor Satya’s Brave New World. To assure correct thinking, city managers are forced to endure hours of social-justice indoctrination meted out by critical-race theorists.

Their lesson plan declares that “Make America Great Again (which precocious readers will recognize as the slogan of the 45th President) is actionably racist.

⇒ So it is that political thought is regulated in official Madison.

The City of Madison contracts with something called the Nina Collective, which appears to consist of Madison school board member Ananda Mirilli (who inhabits the Department of Public Instruction) and Jacquelyn L. Boggess. The latter lectures on Diversity, Oppression and Social Justice at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. All through “a racial and gender equity lens,” of course. (Isn’t everything these days?) The Werkes asked the City how much Nina is paid but has received no answer.

Mirilli and Boggess teach that “we all live in a white supremacy culture.”  (Not a Yellow Submarine?)

Race pyramid

The White Supremacy pyramid

Pardon our professionalism

City supervisors were subjected to doses of this nonsense on October 13, 20, and 27. Participants began by sharing their names, preferred pronouns, and racial/ethnic identity. (Mine are “Blaska, Sir, and None of your damned business.”)

Madison’s newly elected State Rep. Hong is wasting no time. First Columbus Day, now Thanksgiving? Gov. Evers has already canceled the capitol Christmas tree.

MAGA ranks just below lynching, the KKK, and swastikas on their hierarchy of racism as plotted on the “White Supremacy pyramid.” That bit of modern day phrenology is taught not just in Madison but in countless seminars throughout this troubled nation — even in private industry, where it is the equivalent of lamb’s blood on the door post. (If your company has to deal with brain-washed city bureaucrats, wouldn’t you?)

Sharing uncomfortable space with MAGA in the pyramid’s “covert white supremacy” are terms like “school-to-prison pipeline,” Columbus Day, “blaming the victim,” and denying white privilege.

“Not believing the experiences of POC (people of color).” POC like Althea Bernstein?

It’s a closed circle. If you object to the indoctrination, that in itself is an example of racism! Indeed, “race-neutral policies” feed into the white supremacy culture!

One assigned reading is the tome, Characteristics of White Supremacy Culture. The book teaches that “‘Professionalism’ has become coded language for white favoritism in workplace practices that more often than not privilege the values of white and Western employees and leave behind people of color.”

Another requirement is, course, the New York Times’ “1619 Project.”

Today’s Bottom Line goes to professor John M. Ellis in the Wall Street Journal:

For radicals, politics takes precedence over everything, and every field within social science and the humanities eventually degrades into a mere channel to spread progressive orthodoxies. … If radical leftists can persuade enough people that America is rotten at its core with racial prejudice, they’ll gain traction for their program of radical social transformation.

Would YOU pass Nina’s final exam?

“Would you pass Nina’s final exam?” I would refuse to take Nina’s exam and if I suffered repercussions for that refusal, I’d hire a lawyer and sue the city for, let’s say, $100 million. I’d also alert Fox News and make sure the city got as much negative publicity as possible. It’s one thing for a hapless schoolchild to be forced to swallow this bilge, it’s another to try to shove it down the throats of supposedly rational, self-respecting adults. That pyramid of shame is a fine visual for demonstrating how nothing is too trivial or irrelevant for the Left to want to control.

Regarding the tweet by Francesca Hong: Can anyone explain the spelling of “folks” as “folx”? I’m sure it’s because “folks” is somehow racist or sexist or both, but exactly how? ( I crack up every time I hear some pious jerk on the news pronounce the clumsy neologism “Latinx.”)

OK, start with eurocentric culture, capitalism, and The Enlightenment. If PoC have a better system and values, let it bloom. I’ve yet to witness anything “progressive,” culturally, intellectually, scientifically, technologically, or otherwise in Africa. If Racism is the penultimate poison of The West, then the PoC who hate oppression should move to some tribal Valhalla in S/L America, or Africa, or the ME, or even S. Asia.
I challenge them to reify the dreams of Marcus Garvey. Liberia, a racist-free nation, awaits their arrival. Utopia is only an ocean away.

Some people would say that an advanced culture is not the same as a scientifically or technologically advanced society. Often quite the contrary. Doesn’t just the history of the last 250 years CONCLUSIVELY prove this?

Obviously America has its issues because all problems are human problems but you don’t see the difference between continual macheting of thousands of fellow humans because, well just because? Rule of law, our Constitution, and just being more civilized being the primary difference although as the Left gains power we will regress back to tribal praxis.

Batman, check out the Mbutu pygmy culture in Africa (Colin Turnbull’s “The Forest People”) or the Hopis in America. The Hopis chose water and life over coal and cultural destruction. The Mbutu chose a life in harmony with their Mother, the jungle.

Regarding the last 250 years of history, I guess you and I see it through a different lens.
“Macheting of thousands of fellow humans” vrs the mass murder of tens of millions of humans by some of the most technologically advanced societies? Or what about our ongoing and rapidly accelerating destruction of the very life forces which sustain the entire globe?
Seems to me it’s clear that mankind – thanks in particular to the last 250 years of science and technology- has evolved into the most fearsome living killer that has ever existed during the 4.5 billion years of life on earth. Not to be negative, but how is that not a simple fact, at least given our currently-accepted knowledge of world history?

Your reply is a nice encapsulation of what I expected Amos so I already had it in mind when I made my comment. Indeed, one can easily make the argument that humans are similar to a virus as Mr. Smith remarked to Morpheus in The Matrix.

Yes, we do see it differently. What do you think the population of Africa would do with our technology? Same goes for virtually any culture/society on the planet over time. Describing some advanced more evolved cultures/societies proves what exactly? Maybe that there is hope for mankind a thousand years from now? Outliers.

Still, go back to my original premise about rule of law, constitution, bill of rights, etc. as markers of a more civilized society or at least the attempt at it. Humans will always operate at their level of spiritual maturity so that being universal one must look to other indicators of an “advanced culture.” America’s founding documents are really excellent guiding principles/laws to constrain human’s baser impulses and they work remarkably well on a huge scale when one considers the population of America. No small thing that.
It is only unevolved humans that corrupt those documents but their existence alone and America’s genuine attempt at good faith adherence elevates our culture above most and that is why so many want to become a part of America’s system.

As for point 2, it’s only harassment if someone complains and who’s going to do that, especially given the likelihood of retaliation? There’s also the distinct possibility that those subjected to this type of harassment sincerely think they’re getting what they deserve for being so gosh-darn white.

A comment from Mrs. Q on EthicsAlarms blogsite.
    NOVEMBER 17, 2020
Michael, school in its current form is more about indoctrination than much else anyway. Have you looked at the new standards for teaching “racial justice” administrators are adopting? Check out some Brain Pop videos to get an idea.

In Abigail Shrier’s latest book, Irreversible Damage, she discusses how Kindergartners are taught gender stereotypes about what boys or girls do or like. They’re presented with a book called Who Are You? The Kids Guide to Gender Identity. Here, kids in K-6 grades learn about gender identities like, agender, neutrois, third gender, and two-spirit (on a personal note, the two-spirit one really pisses me off because only a few tribes ever used that term and quite frankly it’s racist to pretend that term or idea was ubiquitous to all tribes).

In middle schools kids are getting gender workbooks and put through exercises imaging, “what it’s like to be another gender.” They’re asked, “What would be fun about being another gender?” They’re taught “it’s hard to not be a girly girl” so you may actually be a boy. In high schools, as part of anti-bullying or sex education, they learn about fisting and anal stimulation.

A teacher interviewed in Shrier’s book stated, “Yes, we serve the community, but in some places, we have to lead the community.”

Add to this, climate change is taught as hard science. No other sides or ideas are presented.

So even when (or if) kids go back public school, they’re already at a disadvantage because the curriculum is pumping out ideologically tainted materials like “decolonizing math.” They’re spending less time learning how to read, write, and do math than ever before because these other “lessons” are supposedly just as important. Common Core rot is turning our tax dollars into what rap group Dead Prez said in their song “They Schools.”

School is like a 12 step brainwash camp.

This next generation of kids may potentially be pretty stupid, and this pandemic only adds to an already diminished public “education” system.

“My first clue that there was a difference between genders came when I was young. For instance, I knew I had to sit to pee and it was supposed to go inside, unlike boys who could stand to pee on a tree outside. This made them somehow superior.

Later, I was still sitting to pee as I never grew a penis. I asked my mother when I would have a penis so I could pee outside? Being gender neutral before it was all that, she said some people had them and others didn’t, but not to worry about it, if you didn’t have one, you had the parts which enabled you to borrow one when you grew up and got married.

I wondered why if she borrowed my father’s, as she said she did, why she let him take it to work with him? She said she didn’t need it that often.

Further, she went on to explain, if you were born with with a penis you simply shot off babies on those who didn’t have a penis. If you didn’t have a penis but got a baby and weren’t married, people would call you all sorts of names like: whore and slut and your children would be forever labeled as bastards and be virtually unemployable like you.

Since I didn’t have a penis, if I had a baby without being married, then no one would ever marry me, and they wouldn’t hire me either so I would have to charge those with penises to do more of the same.

Worse yet, my bastard children would have no legal right to inherit anything from their fathers. Although the first one might have arrived free of charge, the others would have been paid to arrive by penis owners who shot out babies into the mother’s hive. These unfortunate bastards would grow up to be prostitutes just like their mother who had used the penis unlawfully and without marriage.

I wondered why I would have to have babies if I didn’t want them, much less how those with penises could pay me to have more babies I didn’t want?

She said I wouldn’t have a choice if I wasn’t a virgin when I got married. The only ones who did have a choice had penises. This made being a boy very attractive as they could do whatever they wanted without consequence. All girls had to do was let a boy touch them and their life was shot to sh*t.

Still, it was all very confusing. But, things were more simple back then and the Facts of Life talk didn’t come with real live sex demos a decade before we got our first pub hair, but instead with the simple instruction of: Keep your panties on and never let anyone but your husband take his penis out of his pants.

This seemed all rather disappointing and oppressive to me. Since I didn’t want to be on the short end of that stick, I kept hoping I would grow a penis. With a life like that ahead of you without one, who wouldn’t want to be a boy?

Despite all my wishes on a thousand stars to grow my own penis, instead, I started my period soon after I started getting breasts which meant that I was in grave danger of getting pregnant if a boy with a penis touched me.

It was impossible to know who had a penis and who didn’t. I mean I wasn’t sure if all boys had penises as it didn’t seem all girls had breasts. Since those things seemed to be the deciding factor of male and female, and my grandmother didn’t have breasts, it was all very confusing. But I was told she didn’t have a penis either and the way we all knew that was that she had birthed 6 children, so it was evident she was an oppressed woman.

Oppression, more than anything else, will make a girl wish she was a boy. So, I always wished I was a boy when I was little and did everything in my power to grow a penis including acting like a boy and beating the shit out of boys when they would call me a “dumb girl.”

About the time I started bleeding, the pill was available. With it the Sexual Revolution arrived. I no longer had to worry about having babies if I used a boy’s penis. If I had one, I could abort it and retain my good Christian name. Thus it was I discovered I liked penis and really didn’t want one of my own like I thought I did before my hormones came in.

Since I liked penis so much, even though I never got pregnant, I was at risk for being called a whore and a slut. But I didn’t have to get married to have some penis, I only had to pretend that I never partook of the forbidden banana fruit which had the power still to destroy a virgin’s life if she got pregnant.

The differences between the acceptable genders back in the day, when there were only 2 known of regardless of sexuality, were that they were often equated to a plug and an electrical socket. The plug could go anywhere and plug into any socket it wanted male or female. You know like AC/DC, but the socket had to stay home and pretend it had never been used. This, even with the sexual revolution as women didn’t have full rights yet to even have bank accounts, loans, charge cards or property yet. They were still restricted on work too. All that came later.

As much as I would have liked to have been a boy growing up, once I did grow up I learned I really enjoyed penis and didn’t need one of my own. So knew I was an unfortunate woman even though the decision wasn’t my own. Once my hormones arbitrarily decided for me, I thought about killing myself as really, who would want to be an oppressed woman? But being a woman born in a woman’s body turned out to not be so bad after I learned the one with the pussy made all the rules.

Nowadays people have all the freedom they want. They can phuck whoever they like. They can work and even be respected porn stars who are deeply in debt and owe a sh*t ton in taxes, but as long as they pay their tithes in church and only get blackout drunk on Fridays, and god forbid don’t smoke, they’re good as long as the family beatings only occur once a year.

Things only got better with time. Now everyone wants to be a free woman as they’re commonly more educated than men with 60% going to college and all that. So, having a vagina makes one automatically Mother Superior.

With all these changes, until recently vag holders didn’t have to worry about getting pregnant. Now that pregnancy is considered a natural result of a healthy sex life, some states are bringing women up on criminal charges for having a miscarriage. If found guilty, they can get anywhere from a few years to life while some states are pushing for the death penalty.

With Bull Sh*t laws making it criminal and oppressive to be a fertile sexually active woman again, I suppose in a few years most women will want to be a man again. The good news is, with modern technology, everyone can become a proud owner of their own penis. Once everyone has one, there will be nothing to worry about as everyone will be gay, or transitioned to the acceptable sex and babies will have to be cloned.

Well, of course, since there will be no women who can have babies as it will be too much of a risk, many men will decide to become women increasing their value exponentially. But it will be safe for them as they won’t have to worry about going to prison for having a miscarriage because, unless they opt for the womb, they won’t have one.

So, I imagine in the future as laws become unbearably insane for women again, if you are born female, you’ll have that corrected and become male; and if born male, you’ll have that corrected and become female. Then males will be known as the weaker sex.

Evolution is an interesting thing. I’m just so grateful we can speed it along with corrective surgery to take care of our phucked up values and oppressive laws!

Still the most confusing thing to me, and the rest of the old folks, is how we all figured out how to do sex without demos in grade school? If one thinks figuring out their gender without professional guidance is confusing, try that?

My apologies to anyone unintentionally offended.”

If I were a member of the LGBTQIA-EIEIO barnyard sexual deviant commuity, I’d want to dissassociate myself from the Ts, the transgenders. Those people are nucking futs.

Most pre-unenlightment abnormal behaviorial psychology textbooks call it GIID, Gender Identity Disorder. It should never be encouraged, condoned or toleranted, and in fact, is a very nasty form of child abuse. It should be treated by mental health professionals.

Sure, one can take powerful hormones for the rest of one’s life, play “dress up” and even mutilate one’s genitals, but one cannot through the magic of wishful thinking , feeling change one’s gender or DNA.

This is most certainly true. It’s some of that “sciencey” science.

FYI…the book you refer to in Minn. is part of a “tool-kit” that sets a list of “best practices” to educate people on gender identity and the associated problems. NOT A MANDATE. It is to create an inclusive environment for these students. Poll; 77% are harassed, 17% drop out, 50% avoid school activities, 31% attempt suicide. I’m sure your little kid is taking this a lot better than you.

Richard, you do not “educate” children on gender identity. You listen to any confusion (and that is what it is) which they may have as they are growing up. By doing this, you give them a sympathetic and nonjudgemental environment while they work out the reasons for their gender confusion over time. It could take years in the case of some of the most troubled (and BTW grossly inflated number of) children. That is called nurturing kids in a loving and understanding environment.
What we are now doing in our public schools? I think it’s an open-and-shut case of child abuse, which targets the single most important part of any child’s identity as a human being. In a more rational world, adults involved in this malicious fraud would have restraining orders put against them, just as we do to child sex offenders. Isn’t that exactly what these adults really are?

The point your missing is to educate them to accept the identity of others. Not to shun them. Bully them. Create an “understanding environment” as you put it.

Enabling idiocy cuz’ ya care , rather then identifying the Satanic media pushing these “Questions ” is abuse . And “teachers” who indulge this POISON are feeding only their own pathectic EGOS. Do NOT engae other peoples children. Tell children to talk to their PARENTS, and inform these other peoples children that you are only their to TEACH subjects . It is NOT your JOB to psychologize on these issues. Call the Adult PARENTS . PERIOD ! No wonder you apologize for the USSR Amos ; communist also see children as collective property.

Richard, I think we’re thinking of two different sides of the equation. I was talking about dealing with kids who are feeling gender confused, due to the abusive and predatory nonsense they are now getting from their school environment and the ideologues who control them for so many hours each day.. Gay vrs straight, just in case this isn’t clear, is an entirely different issue from true gender confusion. The latter is EXTREMELY rare once these “adult” ideologues are removed from the equation. That day cannot come too soon.

In terms of the kids who shun or bully others, which is what you’re talking about, that’s a different issue. Alas, not enough time right now, but certainly worth picking up later.
Ditto for the important issue of parental vs teacher influence on children which Gg Mo
brings up. Briefly, while I agree that parents should certainly be in charge of how their kids are brought up, the sad reality is that there are some parents out there who are absolutely abusing their children, sometimes to a horrific degree. This is where teachers and other adult mentors can be a live-saver for these kids. But it takes another adult who is highly sensitive and experienced in walking this dangerous tightrope to do the best job possible.
It’s a VERY difficult balancing act in the best of circumstances, and anyone who doesn’t acknowledge this is a fool, IMO.
