Dems fear Wisconsin governor is becoming a liability for Biden

‘We need a Winston Churchill,
not a Neville Chamberlain.’

From POLITICO:

Evers is drawing heat from some in his own party for not moving quickly enough to tamp down rioting in Kenosha. Like Walker before him, Evers is facing a nascent effort to recall him from office. He’s been steamrolled by Republicans who dominate the legislature and have repeatedly blocked his initiatives, including police reform.

And while Evers is still above water in polls, his approval rating slid 6 points after his handling of the Kenosha unrest. Evers instead has allowed Republicans to cast him as weak and ineffective.

Allowed? Horse $#!t! Ichabod Evers is the everLUVIN poster-child for weak-n-ineffective.

Anyone that helped get him elected should be summarily shamed to the fullest extent of the blogosphere!!

I worked to get Evers elected and am proud of it. Maybe if the right wing whinners worked as hard as we did they would have got those 36,000 names they needed.

Nailed it Mr. Gotch; problem is, shame is not a primary response among those of limited thoughtful vigor, skepticism, or curiosity [& an irreparable/missing bullsh!t detector?]. I would not expect to find electorate of the Evers-Barnes-Kaul-Parisi-Mahoney-Conway-Progressive Dane stripe among consumers/contributors of BPW; shame can be a function of exposure to and acceptance of truth and empirical evidence. Dogged adherence to ignorance obviates any instance of shamefulness.

From the article in Politico concerning WI’s pencil-necked Ichabod wannabe:

“Is he governing? Because it doesn’t feel like it,” said one Democratic party activist, who requested anonymity to express his frustrations with Evers candidly.

And… AOC comments that once the Sniffer gets the WH, he'll be easy to turn:

Fox: AOC says Dems can 'likely' push Biden in 'more progressive direction' if elected."

And now he’s fired (former) DWD Secretary Frostman. Curiously, the second in command at DWD, who presents as a fully-melanated man, is not stepping in. Instead we have a person who presents as a, HORRORS, non-melanated woman formerly 2nd in command at DOC. Things that make you go, “hmm”.
