Blaska Policy Werkes

David Blaska, going out of his way to provoke progressives in Madison WI to make America safe for democracy!

This just in: Women don’t all think alike! Major blow to identity politics!

Same is said to be the case with racial minorities!

Reminded in her CNN interview that women voted for Trump,
Hillary corrected: “White women.”
Ah, intersectionality!

The New York Times has made a startling discovery that will cause good Madison liberals to tear off their strange, knitted pink hats:

Women don’t all think alike!

Gadzooks! and Zut alors! (As if Tammy Baldwin v. Leah Vukmir wasn’t a tip off.) Alert the Grievance Studies Department at the UW! Break the news to State Rep. Chris Taylor, D-Madison, who told the CT:

“I think that women watching, once again, how we’re being treated and how our credibility is under attack, I think women are going to be more motivated than ever to come out and defeat Republican politicians who continue to minimize the impact of sexual abuse and continue to deny that it exists.”

“Some women,” Christine. “SOME women.” Or “Democrat(ic) women.” Or “liberal-progressive-socialist women.” Or “social justice warrior women.” (Or “womyn.”)

The NY Times actually employs a “senior correspondent and editor on gender issues.” This deep thinker reveals: “Women don’t think alike” and asks “Why do we think they do?”

Women don’t automatically ally with other women, as Senator Susan Collins’s vote to confirm Brett M. Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court demonstrated. Sisterhood doesn’t override partisanship or deeply held moral views. Victims of sexual harassment didn’t all believe Christine Blasey Ford. Women don’t act as one.

The question is why so many people are still surprised that they don’t. … Some of the very attacks that were supposed to alienate all women in 2016 — such as Mr. Trump’s jab that Hillary Clinton was playing the “woman card” — instead made a segment of women more enthusiastic about him, and more hostile to her.

One is not like the other; then again, one has a job, the other does not. So much for women’s solidarity?

Quick, change the subject!

This gut punch to identity politics comes as public opinion polling reveals that conservatives  — men and women — are newly energized by the Kavanaugh vote.

“It’s time for some alarm about the midterms,” the Times’ David Leonhardt frets. “The most recent polls have underscored the real possibility that Republicans will keep control of both the Senate and House.”

“On balance, it’s been a good 10 days of … polling for the GOP in a lot of important battlegrounds,” Nate Cohn, The Times’s elections analyst, writes.

Thoroughly alarmed, Leonhardt, pleads: “Democrats and progressive activists need to change the subject away from divisive cultural debates and back to pocketbook issues.” (You mean, like the fact there are more jobs than workers?)

Speaking of women not all thinking alike

“People want Roseanne! ABC execs fear spin-off show The Conners will crash without its fired star,” the UK’s Guardian reports. Without Roseanne, “The Conners” debuts next Tuesday, October 16. We are so NOT watching. Shame on John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf and the rest of the cast for not sticking up for the founder of the show. They made a lot of money off her.

Then there is Kanye West.

Blaska’s Bottom LineIs anything more dehumanizing than identity politics? You are not an individual, you are a type. A stereotype. Faceless member of a class arranged by externalities like skin color and gender. Pure Marxist bullshit.

So you don’t mind Evers being a physical embarrassment, fair enough richie and certainly understandable considering your own diminutive stature.
But for cryin-out-loud, what is it about him that makes you weak in the knees and slobbering profusely?

We’ve had presidents in wheel-chairs, we have women in Washington with no legs. What’s your problem with physical appearance? The one with the “diminutive stature” is you with your middle school narrative. Does hiding behind a fake blog name make you feel like a big man?

Evers’s less-than-Calvin-Klein-model physique isn’t the issue (Lincoln wasn’t exactly a paragon of male pulchritude). The real embarrassment for Evers’s supporters is that he’s an old white guy heading Wisconsin’s “progressive” ticket. Something Dems would rather voters didn’t notice. .

ABob @ 6:49 says exactly what the Tea Party said during its rise. Except he called them Teabaggers at the time.

  3. Put one in the PLUS column for Lefty INC!

Elizabeth “Lieawatha/Fauxchahontas” Warren thinks she’s proven she’s Native American.

    Do actual Native American’s agree?

    Not so much.

Cherokee Nation calls Warren’s DNA test “inappropriate and wrong”

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/cherokee-nation-calls-warrens-dna-test-inappropriate-and-wrong/ar-BBOsqWd?li=BBnb7Kz

Lefty: “What to do; side with Womyn, Native Americans, Native American Womyn?? And what about those who just got up this morning and decided to identify Womyn, Native American, or Native American Womyn???

    This is all soooooo confusing.

Anywho, now Righty INC is treated to Pow-Wow Ciao Warren specifically and Lefty generally feebly flail-n-furiously-FAIL as they try to toe the Politically Correct/Identity Politics line with The Clash’s Should I Stay Or Should I Go playing in the background.

    We live in interesting times!

Sad day for OB. The money he gave gofundme for Stormy Daniels defamation suit is going to President Trump’s lawyers and her suit thrown out.
    Meep meep, OB.

Democrats Fear Third Rate Ambulance Chaser Will Drag The Party Into the Gutter

” ‘There’s a difference between getting in the gutter and being tough, and I don’t think Michael Avenatti understands that,’ Patti Solis Doyle, Hillarity Clinton’s campaign manager in 2008 told The Hill.

“ ‘This isn’t a strategy, this is a spectacle,’ Doyle added. ‘And the spectacle is great for getting a lot of Twitter followers and retweets, but when push comes to shove … what’s he doing for the party?’ ” (bolds mine)

No splat, it isn’t. Daniels had plenty of t-rumps money, like $130,000, so she didn’t need mine. The fact that he had to pay a porn star to call him a “tiny”, and “mushroom” really says a lot about the guy. And about you folks that continue to support him.
Hey, how about that wall? When can we see it?
