David Blaska, going out of his way to provoke progressives in Madison WI to make America safe for democracy!

Kavanaugh attacks backfire on Democrats

UPDATE: FBI clears Kavanaugh as predicted.

Expect Madison’s State Street to erupt this afternoon.

Women in swing-states don’t believe his accusers

For $100 Alex, what is a boomerang?

It is an axiom here at the Blaska Policy Werkes (and tanning salon) that Republicans would be doggie doo were it not for Democrats. Our liberal-progressive-socialist acquaintances always over-reach. With Democrats, more is always less.

Chuck Schumer warned, from the floor of the Senate, no less, that Dems would use “all means to defeat this nominee.” He wasn’t kidding. So they spring a woman with long-term memory loss as a last-minute grenade at Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, throw in accusations of gang rape, and then carp that the nominee is infuriated at the trashing of his reputation. Wrong judicial temperament, doncha know.

You know the fix is in when one of the fund-raising bundlers for Tammy Baldwin, D-WI, sits next to “Doctor” Blasey Ford at the Senate Judiciary hearing. Democrats got their re-opened FBI investigation (this would be #7); expecting Kavanaugh to be exonerated, they now want to hook him up to the electrodes.

To Kill A Mockingbird
Well, not ALL women

This is the party of Believe All Women;
their most recent presidential standard-bearer:
Hillary Clinton (Bubba’s wife)

The greatest appeals court in the land is seeing right through their transparent hypocrisy. That would be the court of public opinion, aka: Voters. Maybe not in Palo Alto or Manhattan, but in the swing states that voted Trump 2016.

“Local- and state-level leaders across the country say they’re ready to lash out against Democrats in the midterm elections,” The Atlantic reports.

In interviews with roughly a dozen female conservative leaders from as many states, this was the overwhelming sentiment: These women are infuriated with the way the sexual-assault allegations against the Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh have been handled. They are not convinced by Ford or any other woman who has come forward. They resent the implication that all women should support the accusers. And they believe that this scandal will ultimately hurt the cause of women who have been sexually assaulted.

Above all, these women, and the women they know, are ready to lash out against Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections.

Axios is reporting the same:

Top Republicans tell Axios that they’re seeing a surprising and widespread surge in GOP voter enthusiasm, powered largely by support for Brett Kavanaugh and his Supreme Court nomination.

“The Kavanaugh debate has dropped a political grenade into the middle of an electorate that had been largely locked in Democrats’ favor for the past six months,” said Josh Holmes, a former top aide to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Pointing to Montana, Indiana, West Virginia, Missouri and Tennessee, Holmes added: “[P]rivate polling shows the enthusiasm shift is … unmistakable in the red states that will determine control of the Senate.”

Same at the left-wing National Public Radio:

The wide Democratic enthusiasm advantage that has defined the 2018 campaign up to this point has disappeared, according to a new NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll.

ISODid we say over-reach? Maybe another identity politics hissy fit will do the trick! Social justice warriors to the rescue!

International Socialist Organization – Madison has scheduled a walk out out at 4 p.m. today (10-04-18). Out of what they might be walking, they don’t say. Probably out of their gender-race studies class.

Blaska’s Bottom Line: The socialists are going to miss the Brewers playoff game!

    @AnonyBob;

    “I never said that.”

    Do tell!

    The blackest of lies border on truth! Perhaps I got part of it mixed up with the other feebly flaccid fopdoodle, but verbatim quotes, like facts, are stubborn things!

        @AnonyBob;

        Sooooo, youse were wrong about the one but not about the other…and youse were gosh darn certain about being right about the one when you were demonstrably wrong.

        That ONLY makes sense if you’s add a heapin’ helpin’ of LaLaLoonyLeftyLand Logic.

        That there’s a bridge too far for denizens of a fact-based Universe; youse understand, am I right?
