Blaska Policy Werkes

David Blaska, going out of his way to provoke progressives in Madison WI to make America safe for democracy!

Communique’ just received from anti-cop social justice terrorists

This communiquรฉ from Freedom Inc., organizer of Wednesday’s school board committee beat-down, has been intercepted by the Stately Manor’s sophisticated cyber detectives:
Image may contain: 4 people, people standing
Guys, we’re not seeing any children

FREEDOM Inc.

The ERO ad hoc committee continuously confirms that they do not care about the safety and well being of Black and Brown children. They allow vile and outright racist adults, like David Blaska and others, to attack our children and dismiss their racism as โ€œconservative viewsโ€ and โ€œfree speech.โ€

They allow these people to video record our children and post it on racist blogs, publishing their names and addresses.

They allow our children to be pushed and shoved by grown people without consequence, but we are supposed to trust them with the the task of recommending policies around police safety and violence? We know that our Black children make up 18% of the high school student population, but over 70% of the people on or near school grounds are arrested. What does it mean to have 20 officers assigned to police schools? It means that our students will continue to be targets and the number of arrests and citations will increase and the harm done to our youth will increase. It is clear that they donโ€™t think our kids are worth protecting. This is white supremacy. This is Madison, WI. This is America.

Please come out to support us at the Board of Education meeting on July 30 at 6 pm in the Doyle Administration Building, 545 W. Dayton St.

Wait, we’ve got a better idea! Come to the meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, July 30, at the Doyle Administration Building, 545 W. Dayton St., to support the safety and security of all our students, faculty, and staff so that Madison schools can excel once again! Word of caution: hang on tight to your smart phones.

Do we need say that there is no video of children, no names or addresses, no children “pushed and shoved by grown people.” The only ones “pushed and shoved” were those of us with the temerity to speak out for cops in schools. Typical agitprop (agitation propaganda) from the social justice terrorists.

Wednesday night’s meeting ‘Made me cringe’

Liberal Madison isthmus resident Greg Humphreyย blogs this at Caffeinated Politics:

It is concerning to me that citizensย would attempt to deny the right of another to record and make evidence of an effort to lobby a public committee over a policy proposal.ย  …ย To think that anyone who comes before a public hearing should in some way be shielded or denied access for all to hear or see is ludicrous.

What the boorish members of that audience failed to grasp is that the process of governing allows for openness and transparency. That means what happens in a public meeting is allowed to be reported and blogged about by folks such as myself. This is all part of the First Amendment

For the record I know Blaska. He is a conservative Republican. But I do not find him, as some charged at the meeting, to be a racist. I also know that if one takes the time to talk with him โ€” as I have been able to do โ€” one finds an informed guy with a knack for making a point.

… The irony of what happened last night during a school committee meeting about why police officers might be needed in schools to calm troublemakers could not have been lost on readers.

I think the troubling ones in the audience at the meeting made the best case as to why the police need to remain in Madison schools.

e-mail iconย ย Tell the Madison school board you want cops in our high schools AND our middle schools! For that matter, we want cops at our School Board meetings!

    Dear Freedom, Inc.,
Newsflash; raise your kids with common sense decent values and we will not be having this conversation. It’s not rocket science. Stop projecting your dysfunctional broken family issues onto everyone else. Your “white supremacist” meme is not only terribly inaccurate but so hackneyed that few are listening anymore because we see through your charade. Moreover, when you accuse those who see through your ruse as white supremacists, people intuitively know you are not authentic. Take responsibility for your own choices and stop making excuses for your parent’s choices. You are only a victim in your own mind.
    Your anger is misdirected…

How refreshing to see someone cite the Allegory as an essential text for understanding contemporary issues (to say nothing of the human condition). I wonder how many of today’s students are exposed to this work or indeed to any of the foundational texts of Western civilization. Actually, I don’t wonder at all, considering that in most colleges today it’s easier for a student to enroll in a course in African folklore than to find a course that teaches the works of all those dead, white, male geniuses who shaped the way we live, think, and govern ourselves.

Do not bother trying to reason with unreasonable people. I criticized the Ad Hoc committee’s “study” for having zero statistics. The result was that I was called a white supremacist and told I could, “stick your statistics up your ass.” This was from the woman who said that the the cops would “do what they are trained to do, which is kill black and brown kids.” Unhinged” does not go far enough. They’re crazy.

Highfreakin’larious! Freedom Inc. is trying to convince people that their children are viewed as thugs and criminals.

Just a thought, but you think that their children, observing the tactics their idiot savant parents (many of them children themselves) employ in this hysterically misguided effort, juuuuuust might get the idea that thuggery and criminality are appropriate methods to get what you’s want?

Anyone else notice the conspicuous absense of this blog’s resident Lefties on this?

There were a total of 3 people who spoke in favor of keeping EROs in the schools, DB, myself and Faye Wollaeger. We were all harassed by the dozens of thugs from “Freedom Inc.” Why did they feel immune from consequences? Strictly because of numbers. There were about 50 of them and we were only a handful. They were loud, aggressive and obnoxious. Both Blaska and I were loudly shouted down when the timer went off on our 3 minutes. To her credit, Wollenger made her remarks quickly, in a matter of seconds, and gave them no chance. But she was still jeered as she walked away, and was later physically attacked.

Others who had registered to speak, suddenly chose not to do so. Clearly their intimidation tactics worked. I say this with no judgement, I don’t blame them for taking a pass. They did not send the 110 pound females in their midst, to crowd us, block our views (and camera angles) and invade our personal space. I like to think I wasn’t intimidated, but I have to admit that I kept my camera in my pocket because I was sure that it would have just drawn more of the thugs to our location. And I’m afraid I have a shorter fuse than DB. I did stand up along with Dave at one point when they were crowding our seats to prevent them from blocking his camera phone. When Dave knocked one of their arms out of the way, he screamed, “He hit me! He hit me!” I quietly said “Not as hard as I’ll hit you.” To his face, which only drew a nervous glance at me before he went back to blocking the camera. (He was the white guy you can see smiling at the end of Dave’s video.) It was about that time they the thugs attacked Wollaeger and and the proceedings halted.

I agree that there should cops at the July 30th meeting. But there also need to be a larger number of concerned, decent citizens than this group of clowns and pretenders who are running roughshod over these meetings because of their numbers. There are only about 50 of them and I believe their behaviour would be vastly changed if they were 50 out of a crowd of 300, instead of 50 out of a crowd of 70. Get your friends and associates to this meeting. It’s at 6 o’clock so that should be easier. Football players and MMA fighters would be nice.

P.S. These Antifas aren’t crazy but rather executing a well considered strategy to reshape culture to suit their desired reality, leveraging liberal white guilt to do so. And because they lack superior ideas or ability to articulate, they employ intimidation and eventually violence to achieve their goals.

Here is what Shelby Steele had to say (07/15/2018) about white guilt, current black culture, and the radical Left movement.

You should have heard the little white girl (probably 20-21) explain how she was never aware of her inherent racism because she had not ever seen things through the proper racial prism, But after being woke, she was able to see how her white skin had made her aware of what a racist she had been, She promised atonement, She was followed by a petite redhead who could not get through her apology without breaking down in tears. “This is really hard for me.”
